The cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den, separate TV room, game room in the patio level with foos ball & darts, dining area, sunroom with 3 walls of windows, and a beautiful kitchen with a pass through window to the sunroom. In addition to the creek, the property offers a fire-pit, hammock, deck, patio level hot tub, and a deck right at the water's Edge. Creekside Manner is dog friendly with terrain that is fairly flat and a fenced area and gated grill deck for your pup. THERE IS A 2 DOG MAXIMUM AND Please no cats, owner is highly allergic. Main Level: Has 2 living areas, a cozy den with exposed beams and gas log fireplace as well as a TV room with a 32" TV to watch movies with the family or significant other. The sunroom off the kitchen with 3 walls of windows is the perfect place to have your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the noisy creek. The kitchen is well appointed with a pass through window to the sunroom and there is a dining area off the kitchen. This level also has a full bathroom. Creekside Manner is a dog friendly cabin. Please not cats, the owner is highly allergic.

Upstairs Level: offer's 1 king bedroom with 32" Flat screen TV with firestick and 1 queen bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV with firestick, in addition to a full bathroom

Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid.
