We welcome you to our residence Bronco Mar! Newly furnished with updated heated PRIVATE pool! Visit this 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 4600sqft providing room for the entire family! Modern style with an added rustic, desert twist! Experience the best of Arizona centrally located near baseball stadiums, shopping, and more! First floor MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, attached full bath with his and hers robes and double vanity...plus access to the outdoor patio! The upstairs includes 4 guest bedrooms each with a TV (3) with Queen-size beds and (1) with two Twin-size beds and 2 full bathrooms. A recreational loft with POOL TABLE, TV, board games, PS3, and movies. Spacious kitchen fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans includes stainless steel appliances, 3 stools, table for 4, coffee maker, kid-friendly BPA free plates/bowls, and much more! Dining room and extra seating area off from the living room. OUTDOOR POOL heated with plenty of seating, outdoor grill, Pack-N-Play, and pool toys including baby float! Outdoor dining table seats 6. Pool lounge chairs provided (4).

Pool Heat: You can request for the pool to be heated October-March. There is a DAILY charge to heat the pool of $75.00 per day.

Very spacious. Plenty of room. Feasible for multiple groups. Quiet neighborhood. A few upstairs bedrooms seems a little more dated but provided what was necessary. Would stay again

Definitely a large home with plenty of room to spread out!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was large enough for our group of 12! Beds were comfy and house was clean! Thank u Desi for providing a wonderful home for my family to stay in!

Spring Training Trip

Excellent home for big families

We rented Bronco Mar for our family stay that included 7 of us. There were just enough beds to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kids especially loved the pool! We all had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Bronco Mar to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The property provided everything we needed for a memorable family gathering. We had several family members fly in from MN and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the special occasion. It was exceptionally hot so the pool was amazing to relax in! The home was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it easy for our entire family to feel right at home. The atmosphere truly enhanced our celebration. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a great place to host a family event or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway.Rating: (5/5)

The location was great for my visiting family, with enough bedrooms so that each of the 3 grandchildren got their own rooms and the two adult couples did not have to share their bathrooms with them. There were hiking trails very close by. They did not use the pool since my community has heated outdoor pools as well as an indoor lap pool.

Awesome place

This was a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. It was close to shopping and fun activities. We gathered as a family of 12 for Thanksgiving and a special religious activity. I could not have been happier about our choice of where to stay, or the home we stayed in.

Love this property!

We had a wonderful experience. House was a great size for 3 families with children. I honestly did not want to leave. Host was very quick with responses and very helpful. We would rent this place again!

Amazing place to stay!

The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!

Heated Pool - spacious, easy access

House is very easy to find and access in quiet neighborhood. A lot of space in house to spread out. Heated pool, plenty of covered and outside seating, used pool a lot. Communication with host was good.

Spectacular property

This house is amazing! Very spacious.inside and out. Location was great. Our group of 8 adults loved it. We will be coming back! Our host Desi was awesome, responding instantly any time we had questions.

House had all the amenities and space we needed, with the exception of a working pool heater. Desi was super responsive on a daily basis as we kept her informed of the heater issue. This included getting technicians there on the Thanksgiving holiday She kindly refunded the pool heater cost as the issue was not resolved during our stay. Great location for us…very close to family and friends we wanted to visit during our stay. We would stay threre again.
