Trash & recycling to be put in correct bins. Movement from gate to curb and back handled by Trash Concierge
Pre-check-in: Guest ID verification, signed rental agreement, $1,000 fully refundable deposit

The entire 4,000 sq. ft. home is exclusively yours (excluding a few locked closets & a future movie theater).
