apartment with garden and pool in a house

We rent our apartment of 110 m2 on the ground floor in a villa consists of two apartments in a residential area in Pérols (for 6 people any comfort, possibility to go up to 8 using the sofa bed in the living room)

The house is:
- 10 minutes by bike with access 100% bike paths (or 5 minutes by car) beaches Carnon, Palavas but also the Grande-Motte,
- a few minutes by bike or on foot from the shops in the center of Pérols (there are all types of shops),
- 10 minutes walk from the tram that goes either to the beaches or Montpellier city center (no need to take his car!). The tram is convenient if you arrive by train,
- 5 minutes from Montpellier Airport
- and a few minutes walk from supermarkets including Auchan / Carrefour ...

We leave 2 bikes adult and 2 for children.

The apartment is very pleasant to live. It has:
- Inside: a beautiful living room with a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom of 25 m2 consisting of 2 rooms in a row (one with a large double bed and the other which serves as a dressing room and office, with the place to add a child bed or an inflatable mattress) and a large bathroom / shower and a bathroom (shower).
- outside: a large private garden of 4oom2 with a beautiful swimming pool above ground, a very large terrace of 40m2, a real barbecue, a huge trampoline, a ping pong table, bicycles. ..

The house can accommodate 6 people in very good conditions. (up to 8 maximum)
We do not accept animals and the cigarette is of course forbidden inside.

The house is in a very quiet area (no noise even if the airport is 5 minutes by car). It is ideally placed for people who would like to enjoy the sea, but also an immediate proximity to the ponds (very nice walks on foot, by bike ... at the House of Nature Lattes for example) .. .

Parking the car in the street but it is a residential area.
