Spacious Charles Village unit

The days before you arrived, weather was very cold so we removed the window ac units, they day you arrived weather changed for a day then got cold and unit has electric based boards that works until this day. This is an old Charles Village house, unfortunately it comes with some restrained and we cannot remedy a weather change at 10pm, nobody can do that. I suggest you to stay in a central air place, I dont advertise it as being central air, and if I do place would not be $90.

Unfortunately, Marlene is correct and had a bad experience. However, It was an easy easy fix and all she had to do was to send me a message. I live 5 blocks away, and I could have resolved the issue in 15 minutes which I did in the morning. Once I saw her message saying she it is hot there. It might have been extra hot day, and I am sorry she had that, but if this was a hotel and AC is broken, or missing, I would ask to the front desk to resolve the issue, Not just leave without saying anything. I could have refunded if I was not able to resolve it quickly. I offered a credit for future stay. I am sorry about the situation, it might have been extra hot that day, existing AC units might not have been sufficient that day. No idea. I ask my guests to communicate and give me a chance correct it. Things can break or missing. My credit for future say still stands if Marlene comes back. Thanks
