---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains---
Heated Garage: with space for 2 cars and all your gear.
Mudroom Mezzanine: When entering the home from the garage, you'll first walk onto a large mudroom with built-in wooden shelves and coat closet on a mezzanine level of stairs. Take off your gear and head either downstairs to the majority of the sleeping quarters, or upstairs to the kitchen / dining / family room area.

---0 Floor – Basement Level Contains---
Recreational Space: Head down the short flight of stairs and the space will open up into a sharing living area. Here you'll find a queen sleeper sofa for two and a more private area to lounge or watch a movie on the oversize flat-screen television. It's also the perfect place for cooling beverages in the wine cooler!
Laundry Room: Look to your right, and you'll find a laundry room complete with a brand new efficiency washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
First Bedroom / Bathroom: Look directly ahead, and you'll see the doors to the first bedroom. Inside, you'll find a king-size bed and a large flat-screen television. The space is gorgeous with East-facing windows and its own closet. You'll find its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower between here and the laundry room.
Second Bedroom / Bathroom: Walk across the living area, and you'll find the second bedroom on the left with a king-size bed and a flat-screen television. With North-facing windows, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, enjoy the panoramic view of Peak 8, the Blue River, and the forest of spruce and pine trees.
Third Bedroom / Bathroom: Look across the hallway, and you'll see a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and North- and East-facing windows overlooking the Blue River below. With its closet, flat-screen television, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, you'll feel like a princess living in a mountain paradise.
Patio / Hot Tub: Head North out the glass door between the two bedrooms to the garden-level patio complete with a brand new 7-person hot tub. Take a long soothing soak or lounge in the 4 Adirondack chairs listening to the natural twisting flows of the Blue River below.

---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains---
Main Entrance: Make your way back up the stairs, past the mezzanine level and to the main living floor of the home. As you pass the landing of the stairs, you'll find a powder room with a North-facing window. Look ahead and you'll see the East-facing main entrance with an exterior porch leading back around to the driveway and garage.
Dining Room: Walk through the foyer into a great room with 20ft vaulted ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling steel gas fireplace as a centerpiece. With an 8-person formal dining table to the right leading out to the partially covered main level patio, and North- and East-facing windows, the natural light pouring into the room will have you dining formal more often than thought.
Kitchen: Look to the left, and you'll walk into the open kitchen area with an oversize island and a 4-person breakfast bar. Whether you're cooking up a storm for the crew on the 6-eye gas stovetop or baking your favorite dessert in the oven, this fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. Be sure you'll have everything you need, including a large sink, dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances, including a crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and more! If you're missing something, let us know!
Family Room: Head into the heart of the family room surrounding the breathtaking modern gas fireplace and unbelievable views of Peak 8, the Blue River, and the gorgeous forest. Whether it's family movie night cozied up in front of the oversize flat screen, or all windows and doors open to the morning sounds of the forest, the room transforms throughout the day. You'll be sure to feel hidden away in this modern Rocky Mountain retreat.
Balcony: Head out the North-facing glass door from the dining area, and you'll find a partially covered outdoor living space. With a 5-person outdoor dining table and 8-person outdoor seating lounge, enjoy a morning cup of coffee while reading the paper.

---3rd Floor – Master Suite Levels---
Master Bedroom / Bathroom: Make your way up the last short flight of steps to the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, private gas fireplace, and oversize flat screen. With East- and South-facing windows, along with privacy shades, be sure to get the rest you need. Take advantage of the large Master bathroom with a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, double sink granite countertops, wall length mirrors, and a walk-in closet.

The trail to town is mostly accessible in Summer. It is not advised to travel through the forest in Winter.

Smoking is not permitted in this home. There are security cameras on the exterior.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
