Breckenridge vacay

We loved the house it had plenty of room and the location was great. The shuttle was at the end of the driveway which was so convenient. Definitely would rent it again.

Great family house

We had a super relaxing stay in super clean fun family house with separate game area for kids, outdoor yard for dog and lots of bedrooms and sleeping options. And easy walk to base of peak 8 for morning coffee at Ullr. Loved it.

You have found the place!

Can not say enough about how much our family (including the dog!) loved this place. You are steps away from the gold shuttle that stops by every 15 minutes to stops at Peak 7 and Peak 8 base or you could just walk the 4-5 blocks and be there. Home was clean and warm and easy to use. Most of all, our dog had the best time running around in snow of the fenced in back yard. He might have loved the stay even more than us. And I will say, while they allow dogs, I would have never know a dog had even been at the place. Very clean and well taken care of. At the end of the ski day, the fireplaces and hot tubs and heated floors hit the spot. Thanks to the owners for sharing such a special place.

Large and well stocked for large groups of people

Plenty of space to spread out, kitchen was nice size and it was right at the bus stop for the ride up o the lifts.

Great for families!

This property was great for our families! We loved that there were plenty of bathrooms & the rec room was great for the kids. The heated floors are fantastic. The location is great, as the shuttle is literally right outside the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this home. We stayed for the month of Feb. Location was perfect with a shuttle stop at the top of the driveway. Short ride to peak 7 and 8 and downtown. Lots of room and a great hot tub! Lauren, the property manager was great to work with! We will be back one day!

The property was beautiful, nicer than the pics!

This property is closely located to Peak 8 and the shuttle stop is just steps away. We were two families with grandparents and had lots of space for everyone. Our kids loved the games room and the adults loved the outdoor hot tub. If we return to Breckenridge again this house will be on the top of our list!

Gorgeous home, perfect for group

This property is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. Our group of 15 traveled to go skiing and the location could not have been more convenient. It’s a short walk or shuttle ride to peak 8 or 7. The shuttle also takes you right into town which our group loved. Everyone slept comfortably. We especially enjoyed all the fireplaces and board games. Our group will definitely stay at this property again!

Mini Family reunion ski trip

Great house for a large group or multiple families as we had 14 adults and were very comfortable. Great location as it is very quiet and private surrounded by other large homes that are private residences. Shuttle stop is at the end of the driveway and is last stop before Peaks 7 & 8 and first stop on way back. Also easy to get back and forth to town on the shuttle. Communication with host rep was great and super responsive.

Great Property!

great house, super, super close to bus stop with a really short ride to peak 8. Soni the rental agent contact was responsive and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen, nice TVs, etc. Only minor complaints was hot tub was a bit tricky to operate and seemed a little dated, and we had a couple times when we maxed out the hot water (we had 15 people though inc. kids). would stay there again!

Blizzard in Breck

Our stay was wonderful! The views were gorgeous and we loved all the snow that we got. The property was close to town and the shuttle bus stop at the end of the drive was amazing for getting to town and to the slopes. The house worked perfectly for our family of six adults and two children. Other than a few issues with tv remotes and master fireplace remote, our only other complaint was that the floors didn’t look as if they had been mopped completely. I did clean up a little. The home was beautiful and would love to return in the future. It was a wonderful get away for our family!

Breck Ski Trip

Fantastic property for my family and my friend's family on our annual Breck ski trip! We had 4 adults and 7 teens/preteens and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and large and had plenty of cooking utensils for us to make meals and grill. We loved having our own private hot tub out back as well. The location was perfect being right in front of the shuttle stop. The property manager was very responsive whenever we had any questions and even allowed us to get in a little early was the property was clean and we had nowhere to go when we arrived!

Fantastic Homebase for a Family Reunion

This home was a beautiful base for a reunion with our two grown sons and their significant others. Each couple had their own space (and we had extra bedrooms). The family room, kitchen great room was perfect for hanging out, building puzzles and playing games. we watched movies in the media room and had great evenings in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The house was decorated as you see in the pictures and was outfitted fantastically. We'd definitely stay again in either the summer or winter.

Met Our Many Needs

The hot tub and game room topped the almost perfect experience with this house. Location was great. 3 king beds for adults and a bunk room for cousins were big pluses; would have been nice to have one more queen/double or king for the 4th adult couple.The huge 6-burner Viking stove was quirky, but other appliances were more than expected. Big refrigerator (no icemaker), 2 microwaves washer/dryer were nice. We unplugged a CO2 monitor because of constant chirping. The hosts provided so many niceties—paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, but our 14-person family used up the goodies before the end of the stay. A high chair for the baby would have been helpful.

Lovely house with good layout.

Clean, and great bedroom set up for larger groups. The trolley stop right outside the house was an awesome thing and we took advantage of it. Wonderful back yard with a fun little stream for kids to play in. I would absolutely book here again. Only suggestion I could think of was adding more towels to the home. There werent enough to use for both hot tub and bath towels.
