Come and relax at PeacefulNest, our unique jungle home. Located perfectly between Tulum pueblo and the white sand beaches of the Riviera Maya.
A scenic 10-15 minute bicycle ride to town or the beach, the property is over a quarter acre, completely private, entirely enclosed, and secure. There is a indoor-outdoor swimming pool, yoga room with live terrace, sumptuous outdoor gardens surrounding the house, and a roof deck for sunrise and sunset gazers. The three bedroom house is air-conditioned, offers several indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, a large open space kitchen/family room, has two luxury marble bathrooms, an outdoor shower and fire pit. This beautiful property comes fully equipped with quality linens, handmade dishware, cooking utensils and an initial supply of drinking water, soaps and paper goods.

Located off the beaten path in the Mayan jungle, the home sits perfectly between Tulum pueblo and the white sand beaches of the Riviera Maya.
You will need a car for this property. It is not located directly in town or near the beach.
If you have a car, you will be very happy here. The beach is a short drive from the house. Tulum town is also just a few minutes away, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Getting around
You will need a car, scooters or bicycles to get to/from the house. We are happy to help with any of these arrangements. We also can put you in contact with our taxi drivers so that they can pick you up or drop you off whenever you need. We are more than happy to arrange airport transportation as well.

Mini girls trip!!

Loved it! The property was great and exactly as advertised. The location is easy to find, but is a little out there although a quick 10-15 mins into town and the beach. Communication with the staff was spectacular. They answered every question quickly and fixed whatever was an issue the next day. Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed!

Amazing Experience

This property gives you a whole experience on its own! Despite the property’s modern architecture, you definitely still feel at one with nature. The whole property is surrounded by nature and greenery. As for the property itself, the modern touches are unbeatable and very picturesque! We especially loved the pool that leads into the home’s staircase and the yoga room upstairs. For the Instagram lovers, this place is for you as every corner of this home provided a great aesthetic for pictures. Communication with property manager/concierge was very easy and pleasant as they assisted with anything we needed (transportation etc). The property also provided bikes which we used in the early mornings to get to nearby cafes about a mile away. Overall, we loved our experience here and would highly recommend and visit again!

Heavenly Spot

We spent a week here and hired a local chef to provide us a multi course meal each day. The property was everything that we expected. We did not have much trouble finding it, but shot a video just in case any future renters need more vivid directions. The property was clean, well equipped and an absolute joy to visit. We will be going back in the future.

We loved the house but had issues finding it! Need bigger signs

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed! We had issues finding the house but thanks to our angel MANUEL (the host) everything turned out fine! He is awesome, we loved having him around us helping us with all of our needs, from restaurants to entertainment he was promptly and ready to guide us in the right direction! Manuel deff made our vacation worth alot more than we expected! Everything was smooth from the moment we found him until we checked out! We will deff be coming back soon! Thank you again Manuel :)

Beautiful house and property

This house is designed and decorated excellently. It was very modern, clean, and comfortable. We did have some problems checking in as the VRBO directions sent us to the wrong place and phone signals were scarce. This house is much is easier to find coming from town as opposed to coming from the beach and a good tip is to check in when it’s daylight because it could become very difficult at night. The bikes are a great touch, but unfortunately, only two of the four were operational. One had a flat tire that we couldn’t fix and one had slipping handlebars. If you are looking for a place in the rainforest area of Tulum you will fully enjoy this beautiful home.

Tulum itself is a treasure to explore, relax on the white sand beach, or snorkel in the turquoise water. There are the famous ruins of the Mayan city Chichen Itza located about 1 1/2 hours away, served by many tour operators. We highly recommend you plan a day in the Sian Ka'an biosphere. It is an expansive, beautiful, protected area that covers miles and miles of lagoon, beach, and mangrove. You will be blown away by the variety of birds, fish, dolphin, and other wildlife. Nearby there are dive shops, kite surfing shops, and places to rent kayaks or paddleboards. I'm lucky to have a great team, including Wendy, Angelica, Jhoanna, Josue, Damian, Luis, Anabel, and more. Although they each contribute to the overall guest experience, I am always a phone call or email away in case you need anything for your stay.

Nearby there are dive shops, kite surfing shops, and places to rent kayaks or paddleboards.

Along the beach road you will find many cool restaurants, including Hartwood (Google if you haven't already heard how amazing it is), Posada Margherita (best Italian date spot ever), or Casa Banana for great Argentine meats. Visit Coqui Coqui (besides being absolutely beautiful, they sell handmade perfume).

In town you will also find a plethora of fun spots and unique experiences. Asadero is a great dinner option when you crave an open flame steak. For margaritas made from freshly ground cane sugar, head to Batey's. Azafran offers a delicious German breakfast. Prices in town are much cheaper than on the beach and give you a feeling of the local cultural experience.
