Highland House – Private Hot Tub & Mountain Views
Welcome to the Highland House! Escape to the fresh crisp air of the Rocky Mountains in this lovely 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhome including  private hot tub and 360 scenic views of the mountains. The location is close to the action, but in a comfortable and secluded neighborhood; a short drive or private shuttle ride from downtown Breck, the historic district, and the Ski Resort. You're within walking distance to the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club and 200+ miles of biking in Summer, and to the Gold Run Nordic Center in Winter. Plenty of room for your group to enjoy a vacation in the Rocky Mountains. Our local staff is available daily if assistance is needed. 
Proximity: Located in the Highlands Green Townhomes neighborhood, this townhome is just 1 mile from the Breckenridge Golf Club and 3.8 miles from the heart of Main Street and the gondola parking lots. During winter, the HOA provides convenient ski resort shuttles, and the Breckenridge MyFreeRide bus stop is only 0.4 miles away. For additional details, please refer to the house manual section after booking.
Living Room: The main living area features a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and plush leather sofa, and deck access, framed by large north- and east-facing windows. This space is ideal for family movie nights or simply relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, double sink, and all the essentials, including a crockpot, blender, and well-stocked spice cabinet. Whether preparing a hearty breakfast or a holiday meal, this kitchen has everything you'll need.
• A drip coffee maker is provided
Dining Room: Gather around the 8-person dining table for home-cooked meals with family and friends. Large windows brighten the space with natural light, making it a warm and welcoming setting.
Bedding Configuration: 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: California King bed, flatscreen TV, closet, and ensuite bath with a soaking tub, his and her sinks and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: King bed, closet, dresser, and shared hallway bath with a shower/tub combo and large vanity.
• Third Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and shared hallway bath with the second bedroom.
Reading Nook: Upstairs, a cozy reading nook with two chairs and east-facing windows offers the perfect space for a quiet moment with your favorite book or morning coffee.
Outdoor Space & Hot Tub: Step out to the north-facing deck for year-round mountain views and relax in the private 7-person hot tub.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located off the entry hall on the main level.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
