Little House on the Alley

This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to numerous restaurants (Black Bart's Brunch is steps away), shops, and rental bikes. Take fly fishing lessons, float the San Juan River, enjoy the parks, play Frisbee golf on Reservoir Hill, and soak in the world's deepest Hot Springs Resort. Ski at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, hike the Continental Divide, and the Weminuche and San Juan Wilderness Areas, and visit the Chimney Rock National Monument. Pagosa Springs is the front door to a world of outdoor recreation.

This was the second stay and we cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Everything was neat and clean. Donna, the host, was easy to deal with and a very kind and helpful person. The kitchen is well appointed and included everything we needed. We intend to return.

We come to Pagosa Springs four or five times a year. We tried this place for the first time back in March and just got back from our second stay. This is now our go-to-place when go to Pagosa. We love everything about it...location, price, amenities, and best of all, pet friendly.

very nice. we could walk two doors down to the Pagpsa Bakery for coffee and quiche, walk to the Alley House resturant for our Anniversary dinner down the alley.close to the Springs. Still lots of construction on the main street but we did fine. Great location. Note: there was a coffee pot but no coffee for it. So bring your own coffee.

Our Host was simply the BEST. Answered my questions immediately when I would text. The house appliances looked brand new. Everything was very clean, which made it a pleasure to stay in this rental property. Would definitely stay there again!

The house overall was a clean, cool, and quiet place to stay while visiting the area. Walkable to the hot springs and downtown businesses. The washing machine could use a good cleaning of the mold in the seal was a little stinky. Also, the ceiling fans weren’t as adjustable as they could be. These two things certainly aren’t deal breakers and we would stay there again!

Staying downtown in our Little House on the Alley is a unique experience in Pagosa Springs. It's located withing walking distance to Town Park, the San Juan River and Reservoir Hill (for breathtaking views, just walk up switchbacks to the Pavillion and a little further to the Observation Deck).
Many restaurants and shops make our location a treat. Just leave your car at the cottage and wander downtown and see for yourself why visitors keep coming back to downtown Pagosa!
