This charming property features 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and 2 full bunkbeds, perfect for a serene getaway. We have Starlink high speed internet! With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this enchanting retreat. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, this house has everything you need for a delightful stay. 35 minutes away from Wolf Creek Ski area and 5 minutes away from Downtown Pagosa Springs and our Hot Springs soaking options. Brand new house that was perfect for our family of 5. My kids are teenagers but really enjoyed watching the deer off the back porch. Will definitely stay again!

The place was great! We and our little ones really enjoyed the camp game! Good location to go to town and Wolf Creek. Excellent host. We would definitely stay again.

Great location super close to Pagosa Springs. And the rodeo and my family Loved the Views. And all the wild life around the house was amazing seeing all the deer every afternoon was the cherry on top. The house was super clean and well taken care of. We Will definitely Rent this property Again. Next time we have a Trip to Pagosa springs !

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was stocked very well! We appreciated the additional details that were included. Our kids loved the added snacks and waters. Thank you for going the extra mile! We look forward to visiting again soon.

New, clean property

Very nice place. A bit hard to find in the dark on a dirt road. Looks small from the outside, but very spacious inside with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The house was amazing! Very clean and spacious. The games were fun to play with the kids and the snakes and waters were appreciated. Contacting the host was easy and he was very responsive to my messages. My kids wanted to move in permanently! Lol. I would strongly recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and in excellent condition. There were some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which was a nice touch, haven't experienced that before. We have family that lives a couple houses up the hill so the location was perfect. We already booked it again for December.

We travel often and know what we like in a rental property, so we made sure it is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We are a family of 4 who loves to hike, hunt, fish, ski, boat, tube the river, and enjoy raising our kids in this lovely community.

The mountain views are amazing and with 3 acres of space, you have plenty of room to maintain your privacy and enjoy all that Pagosa has to offer. Removed from town 4 miles, but still close to enjoy all the amenities and hotsprings. Very quite and you will most likely see deer and elk moving through the property.

It is a home on 3 acres with beautiful mountain views of the northern range and the eastern range. Most rentals are right next to other homes, we have plenty of space with lot's of privacy and it is very quite.
