Architect remodeled, modern amenities, historic charm. Every Bedrooms has their own private bath. Library/Living Room has 5' wide fireplace & Flat Screen TV/Bose. Kitchen has Thermadore, Wolf, Fireplace. Most rooms have fireplaces. Bedroom 1 has private 2nd floor terrace.

Close to WAC, Mia, Eat Street, Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, MN United, Up/Downtown, 5 Parks, Lake of the Isles, Guthrie, MOA, Transit and Freeways...Quiet, Tree lined Street.

The space

Original 7300 Square foot house used as (2) 3 story private units (1 is VRBO 5BR and the other is Owners). Comes with Private Entry, 3 Porches (2 of them private to Bedroom 1 and 5), Big windows, French Doors (great sunlight/views), surrounded by Trees.

This is the most amazing property! It has been beautifully restored and has everything you might need. We had planned to go out for dinner but decided to stay in we loved it so much. Our host was great - sent excellent, clear instructions and was very gracious when I misunderstood how something worked and had to come check on it. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for a family of 13 and 1 dog. The host was so accomidating! My only note is that the photos do not do this property justice, it is absolutely stunning!! :)We would 100% rent this property again!

Fantastic

The property had great character and the owner was super accommodating and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay here and made many memories for us to laugh about together for years to come

MN wedding

My family came to Minneapolis for my nephew’s wedding and stayed at this interesting brownstone. It has lots of character and was great for our large group!

Quirky, roomy and full of character

There were eight adults and we all appreciated the house's nooks, crannies and design. Comfortable living room, roomy dining room and efficient kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms. Overall pleasant stay.

Phenomenal Weekend

Stayed here with some friends for NYE and we were all wowed. The house is gorgeous and so spacious. Everyone had their own space and felt so at home. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely stay here again. The host was so accommodating and sweet, 100% recommend this property.

Expectations...met!

This place was perfect for our group with private space for four couples, and ample gathering space for all during our stay. Location easily accessible to downtown MPLS. Host was very responsive and proactively communicated specifics regarding our stay. Would recommend, and am saving this listing for future stays in MPLS.

Uniquely Perfect Space

We rented this property for a team building retreat. The uniqueness of the property really enhanced the creative process during our stay. We needed a space with 7 individual beds. This home had that and more with amply bathrooms as well. Close to fun restaurants and all Minneapolis has to offer. Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful home

What a beautiful home. We understand that rehabbing the property is on going but that did not take away from it. The entire group was amazed at how nice the home was. Thank you for sharing!!
