Amazing view! Right on the beach! We snorkeled every day! Conch shell heaven!! We found beautiful conch shells every day! The condo is spacious and has everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Livia was an amazing host. We had all the information we needed days in advance. She responded to messages quickly. The condo was perfect. Clean, well stocked with all the things we could need, great view, quiet location. We loved being located in the center of the island so we could explore everywhere. Definitely recommend! Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful view and nice beach access. Unit was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Lots of interesting snorkeling from shore with a reef close causing waves to constantly break right off shore. Made for a constant relaxing sound.. Seaweed was around but you during our stay but manageable.

We had a great stay! The villa was spacious and nice for our family (including our 10 and 6 year old). The view is incredible, amazing clean shoreline, snorkeling, and pool were all great. Livia was responsive to any questions. Perfect middle location between Rum Point and 7 mile beach. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Stunning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of the beach. Great pool for the kids with pool amenities such as, floaties. Kids loved it! We all had such a blast. We definitely recommend Seabreeze Villas.

We had an amazing stay here, truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced.We’re a family of 5 with three young kids (ages 8, 3, and 2), and the property was absolutely perfect for us. It felt safe, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together.One of the biggest highlights was being able to snorkel right off the beach on the property — we saw so many beautiful fish just steps from the house, which the kids loved.The location was peaceful and away from the crowds, but still convenient to explore the island. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing Stay

The stay was amazing, property exactly as it was listed. Livia was 100% responsive. This will be my go to property whenever I am in the Cayman Islands. Location was perfect!!!

Relaxing stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Alicia’s condo! The views were spectacular. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool everyday!

Can’t ask for a more beautiful view with the beach steps from the back door. The unit was clean a d bright and had everything we needed- including shampoos d body wash in the showers. If you enjoy getting away from the haste and bustle of Georgetown, this location is for you. Some very good restaurants not far away. Bedrooms are upstairs so might not be good if mobility is an issue. Great host!

Awesome vacation spot

Place was beautiful. Exactly as described - right on the ocean with a beautiful pool. Olivia was great to deal with, very attentive and responded to any inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great beachfront villa!

We loved our stay here, and everyone in our group decided that we would stay here again should we come back to Cayman. The neighbors were all super friendly as well (some who live there part time, and other visitors). 10/10!

Bodden Town

Great oceanfront location with beautiful views and decent snorkeling reef. Unit has good bones but is a little tired and in need of updating and TLC. Still a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Perfect location and family friendly property

Step out of the house and you are on the beach. Breath in the beach air and hear the waves hit the shore. Perfect beach for sand castles, snorkeling and a walk along the beach. Beaches are not at all crowded. This house was lovely. There were beach toys and beach chairs that came in very handy. Rooms are air conditioned,clean and well kept. Kitchen has enough pots and pans to cook a meal. Overall very happy with our stay.

Beautiful Stay in Grand Cayman

We travelled to the condo with a multi-generational family. The apartment was well equipped and exactly as described. We are frequent visitors to Grand Cayman and know the island well. We were well situated to travel to all island areas with a grocery store nearby.It was Easter Weekend, so I understand things operated more slowly. However, my only complaint is that the communication regarding issues was quite slow.

It was a very good place to stay and the host was very responsive to emails. All the amenities were available as mentioned along with some additions for cooking meals. The only issue was the faucet in the main bathtub, which was not working. The shower was working fine. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends. I will say that this place is at the CENTER point from which you can easily travel to Seven Mile Beach and Rum Point. I liked the Rum Point area better than the Seven Mile beach.
