Beautiful 2 Bedroom End Unit Beach Front Condo - Affordable!

Beautiful views right on the beach....Dine on the balcony and take in a gorgeous sunset. This 1285 sq ft condo is an end unit making an immense difference with additional panoramic views and a more open and spacious feel than a regular two bedroom unit. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with double sinks. Views are unobstructed from the 30' long balcony which steps out from living room and master bedroom. Second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of closet space. WiFi access. Ocean Sands is quiet, secure and very well maintained. The beach trolley system stops right in front of the complex for easy transportation. Famous John's Pass Village is located one-half mile away. Shopping, restaurants and most everything you need is within walking distance. Walk the beach, swim the warm waters of the ocean or pool, enjoy the sunsets...and feel the tension just melt away.

Lovely condo

Everything was clean and organized, all the furniture was updated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys kept in the storage closet so we didn’t need to buy a single thing. The beach front view was amazing and the neighbors very friendly, you really can’t beat the access to the beach you get with this place. Would stay here again 10/10!

Entry into Condo

A new keyless lock had been put on the door to enter the condo. However, the instructions we received from the owner didn't match with the new lock. However, we called the owner and he returned our call very quickly. He explained how this lock worked and we were on our way. The condo was clean and more than adequate for our needs. There were even lots of beach toys, an umbrella and other things to use on the beach in the porch closet. Wifi seemed to run the tvs. We could not get the one in the living area to work but the bedroom we tried worked easily. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again if in the area. The condo being on the corner of a floor helped to make it quieter than some of the units would have been. I would gladly stay there again. We enjoyed the condos having an assigned parking space as well. We are grateful we found this condo and the owners.

Location and View are Wonderful!

Our family enjoyed the end corner unit condo with its spectacular ocean front views, all of the amenities that it offered from pool and hot tub to beach chairs and umbrella's along with excellent location within walking distance to grocery store, CVS and many bars and restaurants!

Wonderful Stay At Ocean Sands!

We stayed at Ocean Sands for a week with our two young children (4 and 5) and it was an amazing week! As described the location is absolutely stunning! The views and sunsets were unmatched and waking up listening to the waves of the ocean was a real experience! The condo has an open layout, is very spacious and was perfect for a family! It’s definitely dated but that didn’t bother us because we were there to make memories at the beach! Mark was a great host, responsive and easy to communicate with! We would definitely recommend Ocean Sands for a wonderful getaway!

Fantastic views

We enjoyed our stay and location was great. The unit was clean with updated and comfortable furniture. Needless to say the balcony with amazing sunset views was our favorite. Kitchen and baths were ok but not updated.The host was responsive and helpful.

Great location

Very convenient location. Lively area, but many amenities. Unit was furnished with newer furniture than what was pictured in the listing. Great beach views. Nice common areas with pool and spa. Very secure building.

A little slice of heaven

My family and I recently spent 2 weeks at this condo that sits directly on the beach. Spacious balcony with million dollar views. Walking distance to everything. The only negative was the size of the bed in the second bedroom is a full and very tight for 2 people. The room is very good size and could easily fit a queen. Overall we loved the codo. Thank you for a awesome stay.

Wonderful experience

The condo was great. Excellent location made it easy to walk to restaurants grocery and the beach view was great. The pool was heated and extremely clean as was the entire facility.

Popular beach location

We had a great time at this very nice beach condo. The living room furniture and TVs have been upgraded from the ones shown in the photos, so things were even more comfortable than expected. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean. Balcony was the best! The location next to public beach parking meant the beach was active but we were there during the holidays so maybe quieter at other times? The live music at the bar next door Thur-Sun was the only drawback but some may be into that vibe, so may not be a drawback for everyone! We highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Beach Stay

Everything was wonderful. It was easy to get into our rental. Everything was clean and ready for us. We had everything we needed in the condo. Beds, couches, balcony furniture, etc. was comfortable. You could not ask for a better place to stay for the view and location. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. We would return as well. It was a great stay.

Amazing!!!!

This was an amazing experience. The views were awesome, the bed was comfy, Mike was an amazing communicator even through some mixup on my part. We could have come with just clothes and been fine. Chairs, umbrella, towels, hair dryer, the pool and hot tub were amazing. Walkable to John's pass, many local places with great music and food!!! Looking to stay again here:) thank you so much for an amazing PhD Celebration experience!!!

Beautiful Madeira Beach

Enjoyed being on the ocean. Master bed was so comfortable. The full size bed in second bedroom was a little bit of a challenge for our visitors.

Excellent location!

This worked out great for my husband, myself, our daughter & son-in-law! Down side was the condo’s decor is very outdated, & they have the bare minimum of supplies provided.

Corner Condo Unit

Loved having a corner unit & larger patio. Not particularly fond of the Karoke Bar next door but not a spoiler. Lots of chairs, umbrellas beach equipment. It was clean but very outdated (towels, living room furniture & kitchen utensils). Master shower was hard to get into due to the slant of the tub in the back so used guest shower the whole time which was fine. Don't mean to sound picky but want to be truthful. It was still a nice condo and we had a great stay there.

Location location location!

Condo is as described. Perfect location it’s right on the beach and very clean. I would highly recommended. Owner is very responsive.

Perfect location and view, but...

The location and view from this property were excellent. The condo itself was in need of updating. Everything was functional but in need of a refresh; especially the linens and chair cushions. The condo could use a deep cleaning (e.g. the shower stall). The property manager was responsive.

Great location

Awesome view from this corner unit. Very clean and plenty of amenities for the beach. Chairs, canopy, a few toys ect. Only complaint was the size of the spare bedroom’s bed and the elevator went down a couple times. However maintenance was on top of it fairly fast when it happened. We would definitely stay here again.
