Wonderful condo and great communication with the owner. Full water views and gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped for any kind of cooking (more special small appliances and utensils than at home!). Decor was uncluttered and tasteful. We’ve travelled a lot… this was the best condo ever!

Views are spectacular-quiet area-beach is lovely & since it’s private not as crowded as the public areas. Several restaurants are with in walking distance & grocery is close for stocking up - we enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning next year! Owners are very friendly & communication was good. They supplied plenty of beach towels-chairs-beach umbrella & even a pull wagon to carry everything in. The pool is great as well as the hot tub & never too crowded.

Awesome location - beautiful sunsets!

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this beautiful Ocean Sands condo. You can’t beat the location! Easy walk to restaurants, CVS, Publix, etc. Only a little over a mile to John’s Pass. The view from the balcony was awesome! The condo was very clean and well stocked.We would definitely stay again!

Million Dollar View

Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable furniture and beds, owner very accommodating, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants, direct access to beach, large balcony with 2 ceiling fans overlooks the beach and gulf, beautiful sunsets to watch from balcony.

WOW!!

Everything about this place is amazing. All public spaces are emaculetly clean including the pool and hot tub.

The kitchen is well stocked and spotless. The beds provide the ultimate comfort and the master bath has a great supply of plush towels and washcloths. The view from the balcony will blow you away. Absolute Perfection

This is the second time we've stayed at Suzie's condo. We absolutely love it. It's spacious, very comfortable, ideally situated and very well equipped. It is definitely our number one choice when staying in Madeira Beach. Booking is seemless and Suzie and Chris are very accommodating hosts. Thankyou again for a perfect stay.

Great View, Great Condo

I had an excellent stay. Susie made herself available for any concerns, questions, etc. With the recent storms, Susie kept me up to date with work, etc. and made the dates I wanted available up to the last minute.

Appropriate Name

This property is absolutely stunning. The name and pictures say it all but it’s even more spectacular in person. Susie was so accommodating and easy to work with.The unit had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. This a 10/10 and if I could, I would give it more stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful two weeks stay at “Million Dollar View“– the name truly says it all! Every morning started with coffee on the ninth floor balcony, watching dolphins play in the gulf, and each evening ended with breathtaking sunsets. It doesn’t get much better than that.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need– from kitchen essentials to beach gear – which made our stay incredibly comfortable and easy.The location is perfect, with a well-kept pool and hot tub area that always had plenty of lounge chairs available. We especially love the private beach with its stunning, white sand – peaceful and never crowded.The covered parking on the first floor was also a great bonus and made everything very convenient.What truly made our stay extra special were the owners, Susie and Chris. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible – it felt like we were staying in their home, not just a rental.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Our host, Susan, was incredibly welcoming and made check-in seamless. She covered everything we needed to know about the condo and was very helpful throughout the process. Also, we liked the condo featured keyless entry. It was nice not having to worry about a set of keys during our stay.The condo was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals. We never found ourselves wishing for anything during our stay.The beach closet off the balcony was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and sand toys—such a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even more enjoyable. We flew to Florida and it was nice not having pack or purchase these items for our stay. Our son loved swimming in the pool which had plenty of seating with umbrellas and lounge chairs. We liked a key fob was needed to enter or leave the pool so that it’s only accessible to owners and guests. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. John’s pass is just 2 miles down the road. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony, where we were treated to beautiful views and frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees swimming along the coast. A turtle also nested in front often the condo while we were in town.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose this condo again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Apartment. Absolutely Faultless

We stayed for 2 weeks in this Ocean Sands condo and we were blown away. It truely is a million dollar view and the facilities far out weighed our expectations. The condo itself was very comfortable and our every need was met, if not exceeded. The owners were fabulously accommodating. Booking, check in and check out were seemless. The situation of the condo is excellent with a good number of music bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front was never crowded. We highly recommend this condo and we'll definitely be rebooking as soon as we can make the trip back. It is, by far, our most favourite gulf coast destination.

Awesome views! Great location! Clean!

We booked this condo as a last minute vacation and we are glad we did. Susie went above and beyond. Great communication from the beginning. She kept us updated and informed along the process and responded in a timely manner. The check-in is smooth sailing, minimal and simple-just need to register your vehicle when you get there. Office closes at 4pm-but you can do the vehicle registration the following morning if you get there after hours. We stayed here in August and there was minimal people on the beach, which was soo nice-no crowds and no parties. Very relaxing and calm-both at the beach and at the pool, which also reflected on the elevators because there was no waiting for them. The condo had everything we needed for our stay-even some reading books and board/card games are included. This is a perfect location for someone looking for a quiet vacation or those traveling with children who dont like crowds. Tons of food options-plenty within walking distance, or a very short drive. Also a huge bonus is the covered parking garage-our vehicle never got hot inside! Definitely would book again!
