This cute little 1940's house in Historic Earlewood Park has just gone through a total update, and the location can't be beat! It's close to all major highways, minutes from downtown, central to multiple hospitals, and just a few miles from USC.

All new everything - from the swanky kitchen complete with all new appliances to the seriously chic bathroom and its deep soaking tub. This house has been updated with care - super inviting, lots of character and style, and ultra comfy digs - we are sure it will more than meet your needs during your stay!

The listing is for the entire house - 2 queen sized bedrooms with memory foam style mattresses, 1 full-bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower, full kitchen with small dining area, living room with convertible sleeper sofa, washer dryer, fenced in backyard and off-street parking.

Adorable bungalow

Beautifully decorated and had all the starter amenities you could ask for. Grateful for brita for filtered water and welcome basket with all kids of treats. Quiet street and comfortable bedrooms with nicely renovated bathroom and kitchen. Hosts really thought of everything to ensure a positive and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Perfect location

House is adorable has everything you need and hosts are very communicative. Location is close to everything and the University area is an inexpensive Uber ride we enjoyed our stay very much and you will too!!!

Fishing Trip

Small and cute old little house. Very nicely updated inside. The tile in the bathroom was very nice. Comfy beds and convenient location to get to boat ramps. Watch out! The soap dispenser is overzealous and the front door lock takes its job very seriously. 😆

Sweet little place to stay with all the amenities

My daughter & I stayed here during her USC orientation. It’s less than 10 minutes to campus and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They have literally thought of everything you need and are fully stocked. The house is small but perfect for 2-4 people. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Sweet Little House

Truly enjoyed our stay! Adorable home with many personal touches. We appreciated the water and snacks upon arrival. Great location with quick access to downtown Columbia. Our stay, while celebrating graduation at USC, was better than a hotel! We look forward to another visit.

Cute clean home!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while we were in town for the masters. We both think that the neighborhood is one that people are investing in and trying to “bring back to life.” We never felt unsafe in the home but just stay aware. The home was super clean and we enjoyed the touches of having coffee, tea, water and snacks waiting for us. Our biggest complaint is the driveway or really the lack there of. You’re really just parking in the yard and we can’t imagine having to get out of there if the ground was wet. Overall, a cute place close to downtown Columbia!

Great experience!

Communication with the owners was quick and easy! The house itself was the cutest set up! Very clean and organized and had everything we needed for the stay! These owners have thought of everything! Had snacks and waters out, maps of the location and need to know notes. The location was super close to downtown and very convenient to the interstate. The neighborhood itself isn’t the greatest but we never felt unsafe, just cautious with our surroundings since we we’re having a girls weekend :) Would definitely recommend!

Felt like home.

My girlfriends and I felt like we had cane home. Very welcoming when we walked in with all the added homey touches. Home is stocked with all needed amenities plus plus. If we return we will definitely rebook.

Better than expected

Was worried that the property would be a bit small for three, but was happy to be wrong. Cute, clean and cozy. Would be glad to stay again if we're in the area.

House located at the end of an overgrown dead street.

Although the property inside was nice the location of this property was not ideal nor did we feel safe. We left and went to a hotel and were refunded the cleaning fee only.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's very cute and cozy 2 bedroom house which was very clean with new kitchen appliances. We really loved that Quinn left the lights on for our arrival since we didn't get in until 11pm. They also left instructions on how to use certain things. Our stay was sweet and easy. This home will definitely be at the top of our list for our next visit to S.C.

It is indeed a little gem!

This house was perfect for our recent visit to see our daughter at the University of South Carolina. It is extremely well appointed, with nice details (cute set of welcome snacks, varied tea options), comfortable beds, good wifi, and a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to our events, and then retreat back 'home' in the evening. The hosts were wonderful too - completely responsive, accommodating, and did all they could to make sure we had all we needed. Really loved it!

Beautiful

The house was beautiful and so well decorated! Everything you need is already there. From the smallest details to things you didn’t even know you needed like phone chargers and board games! Close to downtown and Fort Jackson. The owners were so easy to communicate with and kind! Don’t miss this house!
