Ok but needs work

House needs some upkeep. Trap door on floor kept coming loose. There were only 3 water glasses. Spackled wholes in walls not painted over. Very cold in front room.

Very clean home. Beds were super comfy! The coffee bar was nice. When in Columbia again, we would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect little house to stay for a few days

I have stayed at this house one other time and will definitely stay again. Haley is quick to respond and the house is adorable and very clean, beds are comfortable and it had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening and the weather had recently turned cool at night. Heat was set on 55 degrees, so it took a couple of hours to heat up to 68. It was cold at first, but we are thankful that the house warmed up. Location is great and convenient.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our family’s needs. It was a few blocks to our son’s house. It is a small house but had a large kitchen, which we didn’t use much. We used the clean laundry facilities which came in very handy. Most importantly, can I tell you about the beds. The most comfortable beds we have slept on in a long time. More comfortable than my own bed, which I think is very comfortable. Needless to say, we slept wonderfully. We will definitely be requesting to stay here in the future. Thank you for the great communication, as well.

Great Stay in Columbia, SC

Perfect place for a small family or 2 couples to stay in Columbia, SC. Great location with a Publix grocery store and places to eat close by. Clean and comfortable accommodations with modern decor. The personized welcome sign was a nice treat.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was literally 10mins away from Ft. Jackson as we attended my daughter’s graduation for the army. Haley was great with communicating and very pleasant. I will definitely book again.

Great house, good location!

We stayed at this house to go to my son’s graduation. It is very close to the fort so travel was quick. Cute house, comfy beds, was a very relaxing time.

The cottage was cozy and well decorated. lt was perfect for our Party of 4.

Very clean and well stocked with Coffee which made us very happy. It wasn't tidy outside but it didnt take away from our very comfortable stay at the cottage.

Great stay

My husband and father in law stayed here while visiting a family member graduating from boot camp. I booked it for them and from the video my husband showed me the pictures looked exactly like the video. He told me it was cute and very nice.

Best rental in rosewood!!!

Absolutly amazing! So clean, stocked with little extras like chips and water. Ac worked amazing and honestly would have moved in for good if we didn’t have to get home!!! Thank you Haley!!!

New student orientation

Great distance from college, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. The house next door looks like it doesn’t belong on the street as it is pretty junky. Host is helpful and overall good stay!

Lovely place

This home was just as advertised. It was lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting from out of town.

Perfect place for USC orientation

Will definitely try to stay here again. Our daughter is a rising freshman and USC and this was a perfect location for that. Quiet, cute neighborhood- my husband and I walked around every evening. I sat on the front porch and read in the mornings and evenings. Easy to get to campus and the surrounding city locations. Bring bug spray! The mosquitoes ate me alive, but that’s just a summer SC thing! Communication with owner was perfection. We loved our stay here!

Great Stay

We needed somewhere close to USC campus and this property was a perfect location. It worked great for our family and plenty to do in the area for families (Both free and paid). We would recommend and stay again.

Perfect place to stay!

Updated Rosewood Roost surpassed our expectations. It had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The location was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't discover this place sooner! I would highly recommend and give it a 10/10.

Rosewood Roost Rules!

A friend of mine and I recently stayed at the Rosewood Roost while in Columbia to see Leanne Morgan's comedy show. I was initially looking for a hotel room, but they were all so expensive, I went to VRBO and found this little gem. The host was wonderful--easy to reach, very helpful and informative, and made us feel very welcome. The house itself is definitely a good-things-come-in-small packages find. It was gorgeous and very conveniently located to everything we did during our stay, and we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the neighbors walk their dogs. We found some great sights to see and restaurants to try in Columbia but there was lots more to do that we couldn't fit in, so we hope to go back soon. If we do, I'll definitely be looking to book a second stay at Rosewood Roost!

Masters Secret

Only a little over an hour to Augusta and minutes from the South Carolina University campus. Great local restaurants and home in quiet neighborhood near a school. Convenient to everything we needed. If we get lucky enough to get Masters tickets again, we will be sure to be looking up this property!
