Condo is right on the beach which adds to the stay. We went to Biloxi for Cruisin the Coast and were able to sit outside on street level and see the vehicles as they drove by. Perfect location. Have already booked for next year.

We can't say enough good about this condo - clean, well-laid out and superbly equipped. The hosts were informative, responded quickly and completely, and had added so many personal, thoughtful touches. The location was perfect as well - close to everything but far enough away to be private, including the beach. The pool was large and sparkling clean. The gym and sauna were perfect as well. The condo was quiet, the balcony private and perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. Our stay was without mishap and we would definitely return.

This condo is a great place to get away. The host are very nice and respond quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Biloxi.

This was our second year returning to this property. Different host/ same building. We love the area. I do not normally complain. I'm just being completely honest. The only thing wrong with this place is who ever the host has cleaning the condo is not doing a good really job.

The condo is beautiful. The hosts are wonderful communicators. We had a great stay. Several days we were the only people on the beach. If we had to nit pick 1 thing, the king bed wasnt very comfortable but thats the only thing I could find. It was a great week. Thank you for sharing your property

The place was filthy and when I contacted the host and sent her pictures of the dirt and the disgusting couch stains, she told me I was “being over the top!”

Nina, I would emphatically disagree. We are a premier host and have a 10/10 rating. We consistently have repeat guests, because of our cleanliness and attention to detail. A little dust under a lamp shade, a little dirt behind the curtain in the sliding door track does not constitute "a filthy place". The couch had been shampooed the week before. When I offered to come over and clean the few items you pointed out you said "No, I will clean it myself", and Yes, you are over the top. I would recommend that any VRBO owner not rent to you. There is no pleasing you, even when I had the condo manager come up to show you how to use the TV, she stated some people are just difficult and cannot be pleased. VRBO stated they looked at the pictures and felt you were just trying to get a "free" stay. We work very hard to keep our condo above bar. You have unrealistic expectations, and you seem impossible to please. I am thankful you will not be renting from us in the future and feel bad for anyone who rents to you.

What can I say… Tom and Juli’s beach view from the top floor of a very well maintained building is spectacular! For anyone looking for a great condo ON the beach in Biloxi, it’s the only one that you can just walk right onto the beach or take a nice walk on a great boardwalk without having to cross HWY 90. If you want don’t want to go on the beach or cool off after you do, there are a couple of pools overlooking the beach and Gulf. The condo is well maintained, has comfy furniture, has plenty of essentials and the view is awesome. Tom and Juli were very communicative and left some very personal touches for my wife and I for our stay for a 2nd honeymoon: a personal note with a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony and in the big jacuzzi tub, towel swans on the bed like you would see on a cruise ship, and a towel heart on the chair by the balcony door. It was a wonderful 3-night stay and we were terribly sad to leave. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much!

Great location and space

The condo was amazing for me and my family. It provided enough space for all three of us plus there are two pools and the beach that's just a walk outside.

Peaceful Getaway

Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Host was very knowledgeable about the area and responded immediately to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful penthouse with great views. Host had a great bottle of wine awaiting our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. Highly recommend booking this property if you are looking for a great place to stay in Biloxi.

Spectacular Condo

Wonderful location, beautiful views, quiet beach and very convenient to walk up the boardwalk to a variety of eating/drinking establishments. As long as you aren't looking for a big surf area, this place is perfection.
