This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive home with private pool is situated on a large lot in Rotonda West. The home sleeps 6 guets in great comfort.



Sit back and relax! The huge great room with sliding doors allows for true Florida indoor outdoor living. Open floor plan with tropical decor, high ceilings, living room, formal dining room and a large kitchen with breakfast bar are perfect for entertaining!

The master bedroom has a king bed and french doors to the lanai area. Large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a roman shower with dual showerheads and a separate tub. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two queen beds with french doors to the pool area. The family bathroom has a single vanity and shower over the tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms; telephone and hi-speed internet. It also has a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



The covered lanai has a large patio table and 8 chairs. There is also a gas BBQ. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers, cook your catch-of-the-day in the outdoor grill area, or have a nice conversation on additional lounging area with sofa, chairs, and fire pit coffee table – perfect to make some S’mores after a day on the beach! The large pool has optional electric heat and is set in an oversized deck area. In the garage there are beach gear which includes, chairs, umbrella & cooler for guest to use.




Please note, this house has a 3 car garage, there is a Ping Pong table and bikes in the small garage for our guests enjoyment, there are 2 additional spaces available and ample parking also available in the driveway for our guests' cars.



Ideally situated just minutes away from the local beaches at Boca Grande Island and Englewood with first class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. The gorgeous white sandy beaches are full of activities; shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a 20-minute drive. In addition, there are many local restaurants available for you to enjoy.
