Discover a relaxing, tropical lifestyle on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located in the center and boarder of North Port and Port Charlotte you are close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, game fishing, dinner theaters and golf courses. This home is the perfect combination of quiet beauty, lively activity and friends to share it with. So look no further! We have your perfect get away! This home is completely remodeled with a new 2021 roof and a complete renovated inside. The road has been completely repaved this year 2022 to enjoy smooth bike rides with the bikes we offer. Walking distance we have the best home made ice cream place in town called Sweet Scoops. Next to it is a convenient store and The Crepe Chef offering fresh made-in-front if you are variety of crepes..
The home is spacious so whether it’s just for you or a few, we can accommodate all of you. We have many fun things in and around. If you’re staying in or just caught in the rain we have everything from board games, Foosball table, two Smart TVs; one in master bedroom and living room with streaming, or the relaxing spa tub. A brand new 30+feet above ground heated pool too! Pool is private and fenced off. Pool has a deck with a locking gate.
Pool has a canopy above it for half shade. Pool heater is also available for $15 extra a day. The hot tub is private and heater is adjustable. We are also located only 5 miles from the famous Warm Mineral Springs, and only about 20 minutes from the beaches. The mall is a mile away and so is the down town, less than a mile there is a bowling, and kids and dog parks. There is a fun kids center called Kidstar Park less than 10 minutes away that has glow in the dark golfing, go karts at the race track, arcade, and indoor kids play ground. All the restaurants and stores are all very close.

We are the sunny state of Florida! We are here on the boarder of North Port and Port Charlotte. We are here for you!

Exceptional! So many ammenities, including everything for the beach. Wonderful area for out of doors activities, beautiful uncrowded beaches, kayaking, eco trips. Host was excellent, very receptive to our every need. Highly recommend this vrbo.

Pictures must be old, lots of the furniture was different from the pictures. No pull out couch in the living room, just one big slouchy green couch. Lots of toys showed in pics were not there, as well as games in their “well stocked game closet”. Woke up the first night at 2 am to the kitchen covered in roaches. Ended up canceling the second night. The entire lanai stinks of animal urine, so much so that you can’t use any of the lanai. The cleanliness when we arrived was subpar, the floors were not clean, and there was animal hair on the floors, and when I got in the shower, someone’s long hairs were all over the shower walls. Would not recommend.

Kilee. We’d like to clarify a few things. The listing photos are current, and the living room couch does have a pull-out bed. So I’m not sure why you would write that. The home has plenty of toys and games, but items sometimes go missing and are replaced with different ones. We take pest concerns seriously and address them promptly. We treat the property every week to further prevent any bugs coming in as it is rainy season and it it more of a challenge but we are doing our best! Lastly, you did not cancel the reservation as you stated in messages between us, but said whoever was on the phone canceled without your permission. You actually contacted us afterward wanting to stay the additional night, which we are still dealing with VRBO to get the pay out for your free night. We’re sorry the stay didn’t meet your expectations, but we wanted to clarify these points for future guests.

Port Charlotte

Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay.

Enjoy eating with the roaches and showering with the ants ! None of the listed amenities were there, and if there was something, it was broken. We left, as I will not put my family through that BS.

We are sorry this guest did not have the experience they expected. During their stay, they contacted us several times with questions and minor concerns, such as locating the TV remote and operating the ceiling fan, and we responded promptly each time. Unfortunately, during their stay, a vehicle struck a water main on our street, causing a temporary neighborhood water outage overnight. This was completely outside of our control, and water service was fully restored the following morning. Near the end of their stay, the guests only reported finding a dead roach. In Florida's climate, it is not uncommon for a dead insect to be found after a professional pest treatment, as the treatment is designed to eliminate pests. We take all pest concerns seriously and have our home professionally serviced on a regular basis. When the guest reported ants outside near the hot tub, we immediately arranged for pest control to treat the area. After heavy rain, the treatment became less effective, and we asked the guest to let us know if they noticed any further activity so our pest control company could return and retreat the area. Instead of contacting us again, the guests chose to take the matter into their own hands and spread insect powder throughout virtually every area of the home, including the furniture, windows, closets, and other interior surfaces. We are still finding insect powder in various places months later. We were never informed of any indoor ant issues during their stay. Had they notified us, our licensed pest control company would have been happy to treat the interior of the home as well during their service visit. This reservation is also currently under review because there were significant issues that arose during the stay, including property damage and actions that violated Airbnb policies. We are therefore unable to comment further while the matter is being resolved. We remain committed to providing a clean, well maintained home and responsive service, as reflected in the many positive reviews from our other guests.

Great house, has everything you need!

This was a great clean house that had everything you could need including lots of groceries and a stocked fridge! Amazing place about 25 minutes from the beach! Very responsive host. I'd definitely recommend.

Well equipped home

You can tell that the host is extremely thoughtful and caring. The host has provided a wide range of items for almost every different scenario. This has been the better equipped rental unit I have stayed at in my 5 years of renting properties all over the world. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful stay!

Upon arrival owner messaged me to let me know the pool was closed down for a little while. She kept in communication with me about the pool and after about a day we was able to enjoy it. The house was super clean and very stocked with supplies and breakfast food. The location was wonderful. Minutes from shopping and dining. About 20 minutes from popular beaches. Scoops ice cream was just a short walk away and it is amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this property. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

If I had to sum this place up in one sentence: pack your swimsuit, pack your clothes, and go — they've thought of everything else.The location was great. We were a family of 5 with kids ages 3, 7, and 12, and everything we wanted to do was within easy driving distance. The house itself exceeded our expectations. The pool was clean and we are glad we opted for the pool heater! After long beach days with the kids, unwinding in the hot tub was absolutely perfect. This place is perfectly equipped for families. Beach wagon, cooler, beach umbrella, beach toys, a foosball table, and toys for the kids. If you're traveling with a baby or toddler, this is the place. It's one of those rentals where you can tell the host actually thought about what guests of all ages really need.The home was very clean throughout. Svetlana was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.The only minor thing I'd mention is that the main door to the lanai doesn't have an interior lock, which was a small concern with our 3-year-old. A simple interior latch would be a great addition for families with toddlers.We had an incredible trip and this home was a huge part of that. Highly recommend!

Nice House

Nice place. It is a duplex but we never heard the people next to us at all. Came stocked with a ton of stuff. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet but the owner came out right away and fixed it. Internet is also good. If you know anything about the North Port/Port Charlotte area you'll know the internet coverage is not good at all. But internet speeds here were around 70mgbs.

AMAZING!!!!

Svetlana was an excellent host, she very helpful, informative and helped me make sure that the house was near my mom. Unfortunately I had to make this trip for the passing of my father and her home was just what we, my family and I, needed during this sad occasion. The house was beautiful with all the amenities listed plus the extras was really awesome. Excellent parking space, ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves in the house. Svetlana made sure that the house was fully stocked so we had no worries about breakfast. The rooms were beautiful with each having their own theme plus there were bikes and many more things to enjoy. We unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy everything but we will DEFINITELY be going back to this home away from home Gem. Thank you so much.We (my family and I) HIGHLY recommend you try this place.

You could bring your suit and a change of clothes and be set in this place! Everything you can think of was provided. Never seen anything like it. Clean and comfortable, great communication. My son forgot his Apple Watch and was was found and returned to be in the mail. Fantastic!

This was a wonderful stay with excellent hosts! As premier as one could be! They go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend to anyone! Perfect for families or couples, or even singles. It was great with our dogs! Svetlana is quick to respond and was such a pleasure to book with. I can not express enough how great this place truly is, and the Sweet Scoops ice cream shop in walking distance is like the cherry on top! Especially after a day relaxing in the great pool/ hot tub, or spending the day at the nearby beaches! You don't want to miss out on this experience! We would absolutely book again!

We have a heated pool, we have a huge hot tub with full body jets, waterfalls, cup holders, head rests and changing lights. We have 4 smart tvs that include one in every bedroom. So much toys for kids and so many items for babies you won't need to bring anything with you. An air hockey table and a hammock. Let me not give away all the details, come and be surprised when you will see we have literally thought of everything for you!
