GORGEOUS views from every room and from the 32 foot patio/deck. Follow the path to another patio under the trees and enjoy peaceful setting and wildlife viewing. Living area has rock fireplace and built-in bookcase. Large kitchen is open to living area. Dine at the breakfast bar or the charming dining/sitting room. Lake and river access close by.

This is our go to in the hill country! The property itself is paradise, you will not want to leave! Very clean, gracious hosts, close to Gruene, NB and the lake.

We absolutely loved this little cottage for our weekend getaway. Just far enough away from town to get some quiet relaxation while being close enough run to the store if needed. Very relaxing and tranquil, and the best part,, we got engaged on the property!

This lakehouse is absolutely perfect. Beautiful home, clean and well taken care of. It was quiet which is exactly what we needed. We were there to see a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater which was 3 miles from the house. Perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This little house on a cliff was a great stay for a couple looking for a getaway! Jose has it fully equipped with all of the convenient extras! We used the outside deck all weekend and enjoyed the hammock and the dining areas. The bed and linens were so comfortable and the entire place was immaculately clean. We loved the charm and secluded atmosphere! Thanks Jose and team! We had a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. Check in/out was super easy, the house was super clean and cozy, and the balcony has the most beautiful view. I loved how tucked away the property was and we enjoyed watching the deer/birds come and visit us. I highly recommend this property!!

The location and property were fabulous. It was far enough away from Sam Antonio to where the stars were beautiful at might and close enough that we were able to go into town a few times. The property was beautiful and the balcony was perfect for my proposal to my girlfriend.

This was a perfect place to stay. It was a great base for exploring the local wineries and would also be a great spot for exploring the lake or the several historic areas in close proximity. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. My only advice would be that if you have trouble with walking or stairs you might consider another option as you need to walk down a few uneven steps to get from the parking spot to the house. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
