Great visit

This is our second time staying at the property, and we’ll be back again. The home is in excellent shape, the location is perfect, and Ron is wonderful to deal with.

Very relaxing

Great property in a great location. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Ron is a kind and accommodating host. Would definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in town!

Great Stay

Property was great, very modern with good amenities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very flexible with many things, check-in/out times, quick response times. Would definitely recommend this for a quick weekend trip or even a week long trip. The pictures do not do it justice as in person the place is much more spacious and well decorated.

Exceptional home and location

This home was perfectly designed and situated to be able to enjoy the outdoors at all times of day. The views from both sides of the home were amazing! We will be renting it again.

Modern and spacious

We had a relaxing 2 week stay here. The house is modern and very nice, fully stocked and spacious. Ron was helpful when we needed something but respected our privacy.

Spectacular property (and, some nice art too!)

Top-notch Palm Springs home, with spectacular east views for a beautiful sunrise. Very nicely appointed, a well stocked kitchen, roomy and airy with comfortable beds, and some splendid artwork and sculptures for accoutrements. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful vacation rental!

Great Location & Home

Overall our stay was excellent and the owners were responsive. We had only minor issues with cooking and the dishwasher and a HEATED pool would have been more enjoyable but we recognize that during Christmas its cooler in California. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing I was worried about with this house was the close proximity to the airport and noise. It was a total home run. I had family members come in two separate times, so four runs there and back, and it was less than 5 minutes each time. Never was disturbed by the noise! It is also very close to the main Palm Springs area with all the shops and restaurants. Absolutely great location on a quiet street backing up to a golf course! Beautiful.

August 21-30

Ron was easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay in his home. He provides everything you need for a great vacation. The neighborhood is very peaceful but groceries and restaurants are very close by.

Experience consistent with all other reviews!

We loved quiet location and privacy of this lovely home. My husband and I were the only guests but it would work well for a larger group as well. We loved the design aesthetic. Ron was a very responsive host to any questions and texts. The photos are a great representation of the property. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend to friends.

Contemporary Desert Charmer

This larger 3 BR recently built cul de sac home is idealy located on Tahquitz golf course, nicely furnished, well stocked, and also sports a great mountain view. It's only a 5 minute drive from the airport (so you will see and hear 737s day and night). The hosts, Ron and Eve, live on site but are super nice people and promote privacy.

Beautifully appointed house in great location

Great house and fantastic host. 5-10 min from downtown. Very cool design, open concept made for entertainment. Quiet location. The master suite gets beautiful morning light and has a huge walking closet and an oversized bathroom. The third bedroom does not a bathroom and must use use one of the other two ensuite bathrooms so that room might work better for children (or be used as an office since it has a desk). Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, warm hosts, very convenient

This home is really lovely, and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s spacious and well appointed. My mother, husband, and two young children and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, conveniently located, and the hosts are so welcoming and accommodating. We swam every day in pool, cooked food, took walks through the neighborhood and the golf course, saw road runners, bunnies, ducklings, geese and turtles. The home is filled with beautiful artwork while also still being designed in a thoughtful and convenient way for everything you might need, minimal spaces and nice finishes. We definitely recommend this wonderful home.

A True Gem Overlooking Golf Course

We had a marvelous time at Ron's beautifully appointed home. The house is spacious with lots of light and an open floor plan in the common areas. The view from the property is stunning, especially to the east and the golf course where we loved taking long walks in the mornings and evenings. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of great houses to look at. At the same time, shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes' drive away, and you can reach the Indian Canyons hiking area in just about 12 minutes. Ron was great at communicating, and both the check-in and checkout went smoothly. We highly recommend Ron's house for an upscale stay in beautiful Palm Springs!

Our quick visit to old haunts

The house is simply beautiful. We’re into modern design and Ron & Eve’s house is absolutely the ticket! Gorgeous views on the golf course, mostly quiet (a group visited next door and enjoyed loud games) and a great location. Pool was wonderful! Suggest having pool guy come twice a week, as ficus at end of pool sheds a million leaves!!! Note: I’m a very picky person & cleanliness & tidiness is essential for me… To. & Eve are super friendly & responsive. I do recommend this property.

Relaxing stay in beautifully designed modern home.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Ron’s home. If you like modern architecture and luxury accommodations, this is the place for you! Super clean (including the pool), big kitchen, open concept, lots of light everything you need including towels for the pool. Huge walk-in closet, big master bath, etc. Air conditioning keeps you cool even as temperatures hit 100’s. We especially enjoyed the original art throughout the home and spent time reading some of the many books. Very inspiring place to be. Quiet, centrally located for everything you need including park with tennis and pickle ball. Highly recommend visit to museums, living desert zoo and gardens, French Rotisserie Café in Palm Desert. Grateful to have to spent a week in this beautiful home.

A hidden gem with a beyond gracious host

Where do I start: well, with the owner, Ron. An extremely pleasant, patient and kind host in his home that he built. In the world of AirBnB and VRBO in 2020, everyone is looking to make a quick buck but, that’s not Ron. Ron genuinely enjoys hosting people in his beautiful, spacious, custom built home and we were so lucky to find him and his home. He was communicative from the second I booked to the second we packed up and left the house to return home. And, again, it’s a beautiful, custom built home in a prime (but perfectly quaint and quiet) location in Palm Springs. My wife, kids and I all loved our stay, loved the home and really enjoyed meeting Ron. Highly, highly recommended! Thanks, Ron!

Modernist Beauty

My dog and I throughly enjoyed a sunny week in this beautiful and elegantly designed Modernist house. Conveniently located just 8 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, we were surprised at how totally silent it was both inside and out. Even street noise was virtually nonexistent because the property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The interior courtyard with pool is very private and sunny throughout much of the day, while the back sitting area with a nice gas fire pit for cool evenings offers a closeup view of a green golf course landscape. I especially enjoyed the luxurious master bath which features an amazing soaking tub and the spacious master dressing room and closet. The furniture and fixtures are all luxurious and clearly chosen with a sharp design eye. Ron, the owner, met us when we checked in to make sure we knew how things worked and was most helpful and always respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended!
