The rental was exactly as described online. Spacious, clean, lots of room, easy check in, comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or spa…only because it was too cold and I didn’t want to pay to have it heated. It looked very nice and inviting. Maybe next time! Yes! I’d rent the house again. Made lots of fun memories on a short weekend with family.

So glad to hear the rental matched your expectations and that you had plenty of space for your family! Totally get skipping the pool and spa when it’s chilly—but sounds like it was still a great spot to make fun memories. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Just what we were looking for

The house was modern with clean lines. A no fuss place which is just what we were looking for. And when I decided to host a small dinner party and realized I was missing some cooking essentials, I called our local AvantStay contact and they delivered them the next day. That’s an A in my book.

Very Clean

It was updated, clean and located near restaurants. Wish we had known that heating the pool was going to cost $468 more. Somehow we missed that. Great communications with the staff. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice Property Overall

Great location and beautiful home. Nicely remodeled with great amenities. Trash bags with dirty linens from previous guests left in closets and the comforter in one of the bedrooms had some visible stains that were kinda gross. Probably needs to be replaced as it definitely impacted our stay and the kids ended up sharing a bed in the other room. Very nice property overall.

Catalina

Loved the large kitchen! Had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. (needs a larger cutting board) The back yard pool, hot tub, grill were great to have. The bathrooms were modern and showers were strong. The place was immaculate. Whenever I had a question or need, Avant Stay was readily available and helpful. Only issue were the pillows on the beds. Very flat and cheap. I would rent it again.

2023 Spring stay

Overall the property was fine but the cost to heat the pool quoted at $150/day for 28 days was so absurd we didn’t hear the pool and, as a result, the stay was a disappointment. We have rented at this time of year before through OranjPalm and paid $1000-1500/month for pool heating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Palm Springs. It was perfect for our family. The house was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the kids enjoyed having their own large rooms and privacy. We also brought our dog, and it was lovely seeing everyone enjoy the space together.Communication with the owners was excellent. They were kind, welcoming, caring, and very responsive throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy and comfortable for a family stay. The backyard was one of our favorite parts of the home. There was plenty of seating to relax together, and the kids loved the pool, jacuzzi, and table tennis. We did not request pool heating, but the weather was warm enough that it was not necessary. The BBQ grill and outdoor shower were also very convenient. The mountain views from the pool area were absolutely breathtaking and made the experience even more special and relaxing. The garage made parking simple and secure, and the location was excellent, close to everywhere we wanted to visit in Palm Springs. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet.Overall, this home truly felt warm and welcoming, more like a real home than a rental. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing vacation home in Palm Springs.
