Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

Everything in the cottage was perfect. It was designed for our comfort. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Comfort was evident in every detail of the cottage. Absolutely fabulous.

Das Gästehaus im Garten der Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage im King William District ist sehr ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt zu erreichen. Wir wurden frühzeitig über die Modalitäten des Eicheckens informiert und es verlief alles reibungslos. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Forgot something? Don’t worry you will find it here. Super clean, walking distance to the Riverwalk. We loved the outdoor area and lots of parking. Great AC. Will stay again for sure.

Lovely space on a gorgeous property that clearly a lot of love is put into. The Guest Cottage is perfect for a multiple days stay and the location is great. I came for a work trip and brought my family with me. Everyone was comfortable and pleased with experience.

Wonderful stay in a lovely guest house. Full kitchen was great. Kitchen microwave didn’t work right but the one in the bedroom worked great. Very comfortable place, quiet neighborhood, wonderful location.

This was the perfect house. The location was very convenient to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The house was extremely clean and very welcoming if you stay indoors or relaxing outdoors in the courtyard. I hope to visit again.

Excellent location in South SA

The house and grounds were very nice. Convenient location near downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very kind and did a great job decorating the house. Very comfortable and lots of amenities. Will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful hidden Gem in San Antonio

Finding this wonderful property on VRBO was like unearthing a rare jewel on an exciting expedition! Nestled in the back corner of the Lion House, this guest cottage has everything we needed for a conference stay in San Antonio. Minutes from some of the best dining in South San Antonio and just minutes away from downtown and the River Walk, we were in traveler’s heaven. The guest house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay for 4! Two bedrooms and two baths that meet every need! The kitchen/living area is perfect to enjoy a great breakfast or leak surely lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Need a walk or run in the morning? My wife enjoyed her runs through the beautiful neighborhoods. The outdoor kitchen is amazing. We weren’t able to put it to use on this visit, but plan on making a trip soon to enjoy this property even more. If you are looking for a great stay for an adult weekend or week, we highly recommend the Adam’s Guest House!

Long time friends get away

I wanted to find a quiet place for my long time friend and I to meet for a couple of days. We live in different states and have not been able to see each other very often over the years. This air b&b was perfect! It was lovely in every way, and we could not have been more pleased.

Adam’s street guest house

All the little things are thought of in this compact dynamo. Quietly tucked away on a quint street minutes away from fine dining and the river walk. A cool fantastic stay, with a host who checked in on us, as we forgot to check in whilewe were taking in the surroundings. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Eleventh Wedding Anniversary

We stayed at this charming guest house for our 11th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! It’s a cozy space next to a beautiful older main home with gorgeous curb appeal. Our host Beverley, was fantastic! Very responsive and respectful of our privacy. She makes you feel like the place is yours! Yet is always available if needed :)A relaxing, quiet place to unwind, the guest house has everything you need for a comfortable stay on a quiet street. You’re within walking distance of restaurants & attractions, but definitely too hot to walk to!The ice cold A/C was a lifesaver during 95 -100 degree days. The A/C did break down one evening when we returned late. We contacted Beverley immediately the next morning and she was lightening fast at responding! The A/C was fixed by 9 AM. Wow! Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled w/glass shower doors. One had multiple shower heads including a rain-style shower. The beds are soft and relaxing, and the home feels peaceful and private.We visited the Alamo, Riverwalk, and many shops. Quick tip if you rent a car. Be cautious about parking! Most areas are pricey & very strict! Look for guest friendly spots & Tow sign warnings. It pays to check out different parking places, because some will flat out rob you.For food, don’t miss Casa Rio, Paesanos & Kilwins on the Riverwalk. Also, "Ida Claire". All so worth it!This was the perfect place for enjoying San Antonio’s history, food, and charm. Thank You!

Texas guesthouse

Property was clean. Beds are comfortable. Living room furniture is not comfortable. There is no running hot water in kitchen and no dishwasher made for a trying time washing dishes. Great communication. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.
