Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

A wonderful place to stay! Easy to walk to the Riverwalk or Uber in for dinner. There was so much thought given to what a guest would need when visiting. We stayed for a week and loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is very charming and comfortable! We had everything we needed and the host communicated check in and other instructions very well. There is a lovely outdoor grilling area and seating area. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Would stay again!

We loved our stay. It’s a lovely cottage in a historic neighborhood. Close to the Riverwalk, walking distance to restaurants. We tried four different restaurants and enjoyed them all. Our host, Beverley, was extremely helpful and a joy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable guesthouse. Although we didn’t prepare any meals while there it appeared the kitchen was super well stocked for cooking. All of the little touches and extra amenities were noticed and greatly appreciated. What a convenient area for enjoying the city and so quiet.

Our stay was great. Property was clean and comfy. Beautiful outside area and peaceful surroundings. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were ample. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook but if we had wanted to pots, pans, dishes-everything was there to use. The guest house made for a very pleasant stay in San Antonio. Thanks.

This property has a wonderful outdoor space to relax or eat. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and there was plenty of good coffee available. Location was convenient and close to the riverwalk and close to freeway access. We met the host and she was so nice and fun and gave us great information about the neighborhood and about house remodel. The guest house was clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to the River Walk. Fantastic eateries nearby. Carriage house was fully equipped with everything we needed! Absolutely perfect and the grounds were adorable. We will stay here again, if we are to come back this way! Thank you!!!

We loved the location. We had friends in town from Georgia and Missouri who stayed there. When our niece from Alabama decided to visit us over Thanksgiving, we didn't look anywhere else; we booked it again for her visit. Everything was wonderful! Fantastic experience.
