Lagoon View/Ground Floor/Near Harbour Town - Racquet Club Villas

This villa is on the ground floor with a spectacular lagoon view. You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April.

This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.

Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.

New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining.

Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.

Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.

Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

Mitch was a wonderful host. He communicated with us very well. The location is very nice and we could walk to the harbor or ride the trolley that picked us up right in front of the condo. We road the trolley to the beach and the driver was very friendly and informative. There are a tremendous amount of nice restaurants within a few miles to enjoy. We were going to just hang around the pool on our last day but unfortunately the rains came. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mitch!

Great location. Loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the squirrels hunt for breakfast in the pine straw and leaves. So peaceful. Was every thing we love about the Sea Pines area. Well stocked kitchen with all that we needed to prepare any meal we wanted. Plenty of space for the two of us. Was perfect for our annual Hilton Head vacation

The Villa was fantastic! Clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Door to door it was a 6 minute walk to Harbor Town Golf Links. Our host, Mitch was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. We will come back for sure! Highly recommend this Villa!

Great location, only a 2 minute bike ride to Harbour Town. Kitchen is very well stocked, everything you can imagine is available. Same with bathroom and bedroom. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Property was clean and maintained well. Great, fast communication with owners as well. Highly recommend !

Our second stay

This was our second stay, place was excellent in every way once again. The Sea Pines area is beautiful. We left for home in a very relaxed frame of mind.
