Lagoon View/Ground Floor/Near Harbour Town - Racquet Club Villas

This villa is on the ground floor with a spectacular lagoon view. You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April.

This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.

Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.

New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining.

Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.

Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.

Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

Our second stay

This was our second stay, place was excellent in every way once again. The Sea Pines area is beautiful. We left for home in a very relaxed frame of mind.

Great place to stay

Perfection! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I just stayed in Mitch’s wonderful property and wish we could give his place a higher rating than a 10/10. From the beginning of our booking, to the our departure, communication with Mitch was outstanding! We let him know that we would be arriving late and when we did, the lights were on welcoming us. The directions, door code, and departure information was so easy to understand and Mitch was readily available if we had any questions. The condo could not have been cleaner and there was not a single item not available for our use. So many thoughtful details were waiting for us to enjoy and to help make our stay special and memorable. We were on this vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and Mitch did everything he could to make our stay beautiful. Having a first floor unit was so helpful as we were able to store our bikes on the back porch and still have so much room to relax and look at the beautiful surroundings. We could not stop looking outside at God’s beautiful creation. So peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect and so close to Harbor Town, the fantastic bike paths, and easy to access roads. We love to bike ride and we could not have chosen a more perfect location to do so. Hilton Head stole our hearts and staying in such a wonderful place made the trip one we will never forget. If we are blessed to be able to return to our new favorite destination, we would love to stay in Mitch’s beautiful place again.

Great sea pines location!

We loved staying here, the place was so clean. Perfect size for two people. Great communication with Mitch as well. First time in sea pines and we loved having the tennis courts as well as being so close to Harbour town. Will definitely be back

Great location and condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in beautiful Sea Pines. It was walking distance to Harbourtown and a short bike ride to the beach. It was nicely decorated, well stocked and was perfect for our week. There is a nice roomy closet which was handy. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was nicely decorated too. We saw an alligator swim by and lots of birds.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The free trolley stop right in front of the villa made it incredibly convenient to visit Harber Town, Salty Dog, and Beach Club. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed. It was only a 5-minute walk to Harber Town, where we enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from the 18th hole of the golf course. Mitch, the owner, was very responsive and provided helpful information. We look forward to returning to this villa whenever we visit Hilton Head Island.

Great Weekend getaway, perfect location

We visited this past weekend for a wedding at Sea Pines. For my wife and I, this condo was perfect. Had everything we needed, and the location just perfect, with the trolley stop directly in front of condo that takes to the Sea Pines center, shopping, beach, etc. We will plan to stay here again when our travels bring us back to Hilton Head.

Loved the location

This one bedroom condo location is terrific. Walk to Harbor Town in the evenings, walk to Giuseppe’s Pizza at Sea Pines Center, quick bike ride to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and an easy car drive to the Beach Club or out the Greenwood Gate for groceries! Nice to rent from an owner instead of a rental company: Small things like decent bath towels, Kleenex, good toilet paper and misc. kitchen supplies if needed. A nice surprise was the large bedroom closet. The mattress is always a personal preference thing so it’s hard to critique because others may be fine it, but that would be the only thing we’d change. The place was clean, well cared for, comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for another great trip to HHI.

Lovely spring visit

We spent a lovely 4 days here - the unit is very comfortable and well laid out and feels very spacious. The location is great, an easy walk to the lighthouse and the Sea Pines Center. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Saw many birds just sitting there, and even the resident alligator one afternoon!

Quiet, Relaxing Getaway

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was clean and looked EXACTLY like the listing. Also, there was plenty of cleaning supplies on hand. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities and I was able to make brunch and tea each morning with no issues having plenty of dishes and utensils to work with. The patio views were beautiful and peaceful in the mornings and evenings. Parking was great and the neighborhood is quiet with great access to nearby shopping and there is a stable with horse riding walking distance from the Condo. Definitely will be back!

Centrally located

This property makes it super easy to get anywhere easily. Close to Harbortown and shops and restaurants, plus Sea Pines Center also was walking distance. The unit was perfect for my husband and me, and the owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
