Fantastic 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Admirals Row with an ocean view. Our villa is only 100 yards to the beach. Our gated community resort offers a great family vacation site that has activities for all ages (tennis, golfing, swimming, mini golf close by, shell collecting, biking, and much more). A children's play area is also available on site. Don't delay- reserve your vacation now at our great rates.

Two new smart televisions, new high Adirondack Chairs and table for ocean viewing, refrigerator with ice maker, beach cart to carry your items to the beach; kitchen has all appliances, TV in both bedrooms. Rental fee includes linens and towels for up to six vacationers. Two on-site pools one is the largest pool on the Island, the smaller pool is right out the door of Admirals Row. The large pool is two units away and also has The Boardwalk Beach and Grill, which has food and cool drinks. Seasonal activities for children and adults typically meet at the 'Beach and Grill'. Enjoy nearby casual/fine dining as well as championship golf courses. On site indoor restaurants are CocoNutz and Gator'z.

The beach is easy to reach as each group of villas has its own boardwalk that leads to the beach.

Our unit is just steps from the laundry facilities right across the hallway and the ELEVATOR is directly next to our villa on the THIRD floor, so no walking stairs and it is very quiet that you can never hear it or even know it is so close by.

Our villa is a Non-Smoking villa. The resort is a NO PETS resort.

Great unit- with nice balcony!

Well laid out unit with open plan living dining area and convenient kitchen. Recent large flat screen in living room! Near elevator and laundry. Only downer was bedrooms had no outside facing windows.

Amazing!

Really loved our stay here just before Thanksgiving. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and let us know about openings before our stay so we were able to extend it. Will definitely come back here again!

Great location and unit with a view!

Loved our quick “off season” stay here! All went smoothly with booking, check in & communication with the owner. Admirals Row is the way to go for the extra bedroom and bathroom for more space with just a short walk to the beach! Everything was just as pictured and described for a comfortable stay - balcony has a great view and well stocked with beach supplies and wagon. Highly recommend this unit for your island getaway🌴

Great Little Spot

The owner was very quick to respond and was very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils and pots and pans for any cooking need, which isn’t always found when renting condos. I would say the seating in the living room needs to be updated, but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We also appreciated the selection of games and puzzles that were provided.

Close to the beach but dirty

From the photos, we knew the property would be dated. That is perfectly fine, but it is no excuse for how dirty this condo is. At check in we immediately noticed this, so when the owner reached out to see how check in went, we let him know we were disappointed to find crusty food on the flatware and plates, among other things in the kitchen. He apologized but offered no solution other than he would let the cleaning folks know when they are there next. As the stay went on, we made the most of it, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and tried to ignore other dirty things like toenail clippings and accumulations of dirt/grime on high touch surfaces. Thankfully, the bathrooms did appear pretty clean. Other positive things would be affordability and location. But I will not be returning or recommending this rental.

Perfect condo in the perfect place!

This condo is located in a great part of the island-it’s easy to get everywhere. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towel drying hooks (usually a need at beach locations). The property owner is friendly and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!

Great location -- Ideal location for beach vacation

The property was excellent -- barely a two minute walk to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained and the host was exceptional. We will definitely return.

Beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, did not run into a single issue or problem. The condo listing and information provided is exactly as it says it is, the owner, Tom, responded to questions immediately when they arise, although we really didn't have many because we didn't have any problems. One thing we weren't expecting was all the activities offered at the pool, they had a dive in movie one night, karaoke at the pool another day, a dance / pool party another day, the kids really loved it! If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay here again. y problems

We enjoyed our week staying here. Access to condo was very easy, right next to elevator & stairs. Easy access on & off the beach. Owners were very pleasant to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Mom’s Birthday Vacation

The location was great…short walk to the beach, grills for outdoor cooking & we enjoyed the smaller pool located next to the building. The unit was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for active families with younger children.

Summer Family Vacay

Great location - close to pools, beach, elevator, & laundry. Easy walk to resort restaurants. Condo had everything we needed for our family of 4, including beach chairs and a beach cart! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Very nice for relaxing vacation

The property was great and area was nice. I personally feel there could be some updates such as smart tvs (to watch streaming services durring down time) and the owner offered to rent us bikes but they need an overhaul their condition made me not want to ride them but i had paid to use them so i did once. The elevator to the condo was very shaky but i didn't stop or fall while we were there so seems to be ok. Overall we were happy with it.

Beach Club condo

A very clean, and recently refurbished, older condo apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and several grace notes that are increasingly uncommon - such as, coffee and tea for the next day, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, and mini-toiletries - the sort of things that save a trip to the market until the next day. Also, very solicitous owners. A fine location for a week at the beach.

3 night stay

Over all, nice. The new couch is comfortable but queen bed is a bit too soft. Owner communicated well and was easily available for all questions.

Carolee & Tom have been enjoying Hilton Head since 1980. We have had several family reunions here and our children have been coming to HH since 1984.

Hilton Head has always been a favorite spot for our family, and hence the decision to purchase a condo here. We chose Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club as tennis is also a passion in our family--plus you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! Beside tennis, we enjoy bicycling around the Island and it is a great place for that -- on the paths and on the beach!
