Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay for the week of Christmas! Great location, convenient to both the beach & all the restaurants we wanted to go to, beautiful home, pool was a welcome retreat every day. Would recommend & definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Northwood district house

Great character and great location. Close to diving and kayaking sites, small high street with shops and restaurants, in a nice quiet area.

Sweet Getaway in a lovely historic, West Palm neighborhood

Beautiful house in a quaint neighborhood. There are 2 other tiny houses on the property where other guests were staying and we shared the outdoor spaces. We happened to enjoy those guests-so we had a laughing good time with them:)) Ferney (owner) was wonderful! He responded promptly to my texts. Issues were small and not even worth mentioning. I highly recommend!

Awesome!

From checking in to leaving, it was seamless. The house and property are beautiful and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and we had a wonderful time walking and exploring the neighborhood. We’ll definitely come back when we visit PBI again.

Conveniently located to dining, shopping, and beaches. Located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Lush, tropical setting. Every detail is thought of for a relaxing, pampered vacation. We loved our stay at Vieja Escuela; highly recommend!

Wonderful host and house!

We were in the area for a family event and the property was perfect. The back yard is luxurious and a great retreat. The host was great and very responsive. Wonderful property.

Beautiful Retreat

Beautiful retreat. Quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Pool and surroundings were amazing. House provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for more.

Get away from Milton

We needed to evacuate our home in Clearwater when hurricane Milton hit. We found this property on vrbo and grabbed it. Our original booking needed to increase by two days (one on the front end and one in the back) and our host graciously allowed us to add these days with no issues. There was also some weather here during our stay and the host was extremely communicative. I recommend this property 10/10!

Beautiful and immaculate

Such a beautiful property! It was so clean. The pool was amazing. The beds were comfy. The location was close to multiple beaches, shopping and dining. We had everything we needed.

Excellent house

We loved the house and the property. It is older but well maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool is very nice to. Very close to the airport but not as close to the beach as we hoped. Lovely home and great customer service - would love to visit again.

Enjoyed our stay

Cute house with a lot of charm and unexpected little extras (spa type robes and slippers, great smelling soaps, lotions, shampoo) that were nice. Location was close to good restaurants and close to downtown. Host was very responsive and helpful with restaurant suggestions and other information about the area. Only negative was that the shared pool felt a little awkward for us as the other guests ( who rented the two cottages) were basically right outside the master bedroom.

Beautiful property!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay in West Palm. This property is close to Palm Beach Atlantic University where our daughter goes to college. Old world charm, this house has so much character. But the back yard is the best part! So many beautiful trees and plants around the pool made it a beautiful oasis for us to relax and enjoy our time away. We will definitely be back when we visit our daughter again. ♥️

This is a 1930-era, white stucco, red tiled roof bungalow (at one point a former school) with a pool and beautifully landscaped grounds in a quiet, historic neighborhood north of downtown West Palm Beach. There is plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small den. The place has lots of character and is well-maintained. Being in a residential area, is a bit of a walk from the home to anything commercial such as restaurants, so one should plan to have a car or to Uber to most places. The (remote) host was quick to respond to questions. Recommended!

Gorgeous place

We love the house we rented for our week in Palm Beach. It is beautifully arranged; there are two bedrooms and two baths, so we were very comfortable, and could easily have privacy when we wanted it. The house is very well equipped, so we could cook when we wanted, and there is a grill and outdoor dishes, linens and beach towels and chairs. The entire property is perfect for extended family or a large friend group. The location could not be better. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the food in Palm Beach is marvelous. My only caution about the property might be that when all three of the units are occupied by different groups, it feels crowded. But it is a beautiful place to spend a vacation.

Beautiful home, excellent location to explore palm beach county .

we Enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this beautiful one of kind home , everything was as described and as beautiful as in the pictures, the beds & pillows were very comfortable , the home was well stocked with quality linens & towels , the fully stocked kitchen came with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The furniture was of good quality, the place was well decorated, the bathrooms & showers were spacious & well ventilated . We really enjoyed having breakfast on the front patio & we also enjoyed lounging by the pool surrounded by a beautiful lush garden . The owner Fernay did a beautiful job restoring this historical home, he was quick to respond & gave a list of places to visit & some of his favorite restaurants which were all spot on . We highly recommend this home If you’re looking to spend a few days in west palm beach . Mac Eljamal

When we purchased Vieja Escuela we knew that it would be a success because its proximity to the airport, downtown, restaurants, beach and other entertainment venues. We fell in love with the charm and character of this house and wanted to turn it into a vacation paradise. What gives this home its character are all the rustic features and decor to match it. We understand that many people want to experience the latest technology and shiny new floors and amenities, but there's something about the imperfections of old home that make it alluring.

We have paid attention to detail when selecting the furniture so that it would compliment the Spanish-style home.
