Great Stay

We have stayed at this property for two years in a row. The owner/host is very helpful, communication is great and we always feel welcomed. The outdoor space is amazing, with a large private pool area, including multiple tables/chairs and a grill. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed (pans, dishes, utensils, etc.). We will definitely return for future trips to the area!

Great Property!

Well designed pool/garden with 2nd shower and grill and picnic area.Kitchen was well stocked with excellent coffee maker. Fridge had numerous items of water, juice etc.Silvia responded quickly to questions.So, great property close to the water and great host meant we very much liked the experience. Rating from us is a 10!

Girls Weekend

The house is perfect for a group of 5-6 people. Plenty of space and the pool area is amazing. The location is only a short drive from different restaurants, shopping, and the Breakers. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. Silvia was very communicative over text and made the check in process very easy. The neighborhood was also very quite.

Excellent outdoor space!

House was good, outdoor space was excellent! Seriously loved the pool area!! Location was good for what we wanted. Check-in and communication with property manager was great! Neighborhood is a little loud. A lot of loud cars at the stop sign on the property corner throughout the night. Loud constant helicopters when the President is in town. I felt safe taking an (short) evening walk in the neighborhood.

Perfect cottage getaway

We were in town to watch Spring Training, and this was a perfect rental for our family of four. Each of our kids had their own bedroom, and we spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the back yard. It's a very cozy house, and we loved that there were even sand toys and boogie boards we could take to the beach.

Our family had such a fun time in West Palm Beach.The pool is heated, clean, and has an outdoor attached laundry/bathroom area which is perfect to dry off inside.Awesome time!

Amazing Trip!

This sweet little house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, very clean, comfortable beds and couches. Our kids, (7yo) had a blast in the pool with all the great pool toys and enjoyed taking the beach toys, big towels, and boogie boards with us on beach days. Silvia was extremely generous and attentive - always available if there was any needs we had. Great place!

La cours est vraiment belle, la piscine très chaude

L'extérieur est vraiment l’atout: magnifique piscine très chaude, beaucoup de végétation, intime et équipé. Maison et mobilier modeste, mais il y avait tout:vaisselle, épices, condiments, literie, chaises et parasol de plage, savons… tout! J’aurais apprécié un matelas plus confortable et un lit qui ne craque pas. L’endroit est bien situé par rapport à la ville, mais particulièrement bruyant. Beaucoup de poussière sur les moustiquaires, ma fille a eu des réactions allergiques sévères, nous avons su partir plus tôt. Réponse très rapide de l’hôte suite à un problème de serrure. Je recommande.

Nice cottage

The cottage was very comfortable. Beds gave a good night's sleep and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Outside was very spacious with a heated pool, two picnic tables with chairs and lounges. Silvia, the owner, was wonderful. Communications was swift and detailed. Had a nice stay.

Quick visit to see our son

We came to West Palm Beach to visit our son at college. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Silvia, checked in on us and was available if we needed anything. We slept well and enjoyed our time!

Cozy House

Quick vacation to West Palm Beach. Property is located in an older, nice neighborhood. Many restaurants nearby. Three miles from the beach. Close to a Publix. Not far from downtown WPB. Nice pool. Fence backyard. Host has a lot of little touches to make your stay comfortable.

Great stay!

We had a great week staying here! Location is central to many things in the area, and a short drive to the beach. The outdoor area is amazing! We spent multiple afternoons in the pool, and the outdoor seating is great. We travel with pets, and it was wonderful to find a house like this that accommodated pets. Everything was very clean and the communication was great. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
