Enjoy upscale luxury with a newly painted condo and newly polished floors A large living room for all to gather with a comfortable corner sectional along with 2 chairs in the large living area with a Smart TV. All bedrooms have smart tvs as well.

All of YFAB's condos have 100% cotton sheets - and high end mattresses designed to give you the best night's sleep. There is a docking station for your devices on every bedside table.
Each bathroom is supplied with a generous amount of 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, shower soap and hand soap.
The Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of detergent for your vacation needs.
The main area floors have been newly steamed cleaned and sealed for a brand new look and feel to this luxury condo. The bedrooms have been updated with wood-look flooring.

Our own housekeepers assure you of a sparkling clean condo - with special attention to the bathrooms with their 100% cotton towels, soaps and hair dryers in every one.
The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Crock pot, Insta pot and Keurig. Relax on kitchen bar stools - or enjoy a family game around the large dining table.
*Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Your Friend at the Beach partners with Crib Delivery services, so just check our Website for that valuable information.
We have another condo two doors down and two on the first floor - so inquire about discounts if you reserve more than one condo for your family reunion or friend's getaway.
As Your Friend at the Beach, we have a free digital guestbook that lists all of our favorite restaurants and shops as well as a directory of everything from babysitters to medical services to amusement parks!
You will have two reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!
Relax on the private beach - beach chairs (2 chairs/1 umbrella) provided March to October. You can rent more chairs/umbrella from beach chair service.

Villa Coyaba's pool, gym, and beach are for guests staying at Villa Coyaba only. Outside people will be allowed to visit you in your condo during the day, but not permitted in the pool, beach or in the gym. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Villa Coyaba is a NON-smoking facility.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Please review all charges if you book on VRBO or other channels as Your Friend at the Beach cannot refund charges made by not booking directly.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts Visa, MC, Discover and e-checks. Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM. ALL Parking is in Parking Garage only- max height is 7'-1"
