Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this newly renovated unit comfortably accommodates 10 guests and has a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa to easily accommodate 12 guests. This unit features top of the line furnishings, a Gulf front patio with an unbeatable view, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complimentary beach chair service during season, and the most convenient access to the pool and beach. Villa Coyaba is nestled on Scenic Highway 98 and provides guests the convenience of being a short drive away from everything Destin has to offer.

We had such a wonderful stay! The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed how easy it was to go from the pool to the beach in just minutes. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was fantastic. 5 adults and we had room left over. The view is fantastic. The location to the beach is perfect. Hunter helped with beach gear and was great to work with. Highly recommend this unit and the owners.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was gorgeous, clean, very accessible to the beach and pool (which was a huge concern with four children) and the owners were extremely gracious to work with. We definitely hope to return next year!

Excellent. It’s a solid property in a solid area. The unit was sparkling clean, the host was responsive, the beach pristine, and the surrounding guests were respectful and enjoyable. You won’t be disappointed by booking this property.

We love our gulf view! It has the most beautiful sunsets. The property is low density so the beach is not crowded.

We are a first floor unit with a spacious patio. You are able to walk right out of the patio doors and down to the beach or pool area. It is so convenient to not have to go up and down the elevator. You can bring all your beach toys and rafts and leave them on the patio which makes your stay more relaxing.
