Welcome to Ohio Cottage, a 4 bedroom house on the bluff in Spokane's popular Kendall Yards district. Take advantage of all Spokane has to offer from this beautiful home within walking distance of major Spokane attractions, excellent eats and sweets, local coffee, wine and beer, shopping, gourmet grocery, and even a spa. Walk out the front door to the Centennial trail for miles of running or biking, a Lime Scooter ride, or a stroll to Riverfront Park (1.06 mi). Sip your coffee (plus delicious fresh donuts, if you're feeling hungry, just steps from your door) on the private back patio with stunning views of downtown Spokane. Take in a show at the Spokane Arena (1 mi) or the Performing Arts Center (1.3 mi). Or simply curl up on the couch and binge watch your favorite show, read or play games. Whatever you choose to do in Spokane, you'll be right in the center of it all.

Great little home to stay near downtown Spokane. Loved the back patio at nights watching the lights of the city shine across the river valley. The restaurants and shops within walking distance were nice. Not a lot of public space but just enough four the five adults that stayed there.

The Ohio cottage was great! Came to town for graduation and it was such a neat comfortable place. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great location and great host! We just were surprised that the "living room" was not enough room for 4 of us to sit comfortably to hang out--was okay if we were all watching tv however.

Wonderful location! Beautiful park right across the street and the bike/walking trail right there too! Close to downtown yet very nice quiet neighborhood. The house is extremely well stocked and clear typed instruction for TV and everything else. Super easy check in and great communications with owner. The only downside for us were the pillows in a couple of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again!

Another great stay at this property. This house is well stocked, clean and in an amazing neighborhood. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Spokane. It feels like my second home.

This was such a relaxing, cozy place. The views from the numerous windows are beautiful, especially with the little bit of snow we got. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of downtown Spokane with walking trails and a park across the street. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. We enjoyed the warmth from the fireplace. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again. Hosts are friendly and responsive.
