Welcome to Ohio Cottage, a 4 bedroom house on the bluff in Spokane's popular Kendall Yards district. Take advantage of all Spokane has to offer from this beautiful home within walking distance of major Spokane attractions, excellent eats and sweets, local coffee, wine and beer, shopping, gourmet grocery, and even a spa. Walk out the front door to the Centennial trail for miles of running or biking, a Lime Scooter ride, or a stroll to Riverfront Park (1.06 mi). Sip your coffee (plus delicious fresh donuts, if you're feeling hungry, just steps from your door) on the private back patio with stunning views of downtown Spokane. Take in a show at the Spokane Arena (1 mi) or the Performing Arts Center (1.3 mi). Or simply curl up on the couch and binge watch your favorite show, read or play games. Whatever you choose to do in Spokane, you'll be right in the center of it all.

Great location

This is our second time staying here. The location is outstanding. So quiet and private but walking distance to Kendall Yards and the walking trails are heavenly.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying here. We came from Missoula for the weekend and the location, the park across the street, the house itself were all perfect. Highly recommend!

Family time with family member in hospital

This was our second stay at this home. We felt as if we were coming home. It’s comfortable and welcoming! We would love to visit again just to walk the trails near the house!

Great stay!

Love this property! So close to everything! Located just across the street from the continental trail with bikes, scooters and skate boards to use. House itself is so much bigger than it looks from the street. Views from every room are fantastic!

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ohio Cottage in Kendall Yards. The home is lovely, all rooms/beds are very comfortable, the location is fantastic, and the views are stunning. The Ohio Cottage was the perfect location to celebrate our college graduate! Thank you, Liz & Elliot!

Perfect for a Family Trip!

Your amazing Ohio Cottage was the perfect backdrop for visiting our dad. The property gave us siblings a wonderful space to ourselves for reuniting. And only a short drive to downtown and seeing other family. We got two really nice family walks in too with the trail mere steps from the front door! Wonderful, attentive hosts. We’ll be back!

Christmas at Ohio Cottage

We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown.

Will stay there every time I visit Spokane

The home was great. Had everything you could possibly need. My wife left her Diabetes Tester in a drawer. Owner found it and mailed it to our home in Arizona. The home is across the street from a walking path that follows the river.

Gonzaga Mid Summer Classic Baseball

We stayed here 3 nights for my sons baseball tournament at Gonzaga University. Location was great. Access to centennial trail couldn’t have been better. We brought our e-bikes and we’re able to bike to the games. House was immaculate clean and well taken care of. Plenty close place to eat. Park across the street for littles. Amazing view of the city.

Wonderful Cottage

We had a multi-generational group celebrating a birthday. This was the perfect gathering spot. The house has plenty of privacy for bedrooms but also space for group cooking, eating, and playing games. We walked to Riverfront Park as well as a few times around the pretty neighborhood block. The 2 cafes 1/2 block away were fantastic for coffee and donuts. I highly recommend this cottage for a quiet stay with fantastic views, plenty of room, and easy access to the walking trail that will take you to several restaurants or the Park.

Outstanding home

The house looks small from the outside, but is spacious and welcoming. There was not a single thing lacking for our stay. The kitchen has every cooking item we could have needed. Every bed was comfortable. The laundry room is quite large and the washer/dryer in excellent working order. The back patio was our favorite place to sit, and we had a few deer visit during our stay.The neighborhood is lovely, and the owners even provide bikes and scooters for guests' use. Instructions and information are readily available at check-in, and are clear and easy to understand. We loved the many decorative touches as well. An absolute 5-star property and owner.

A Wonderful Stay

This Kendall Yards home is situated in a lovely part of Spokane near everything we wanted to do and see. An unexpected night market and music concert just blocks away plus yoga studios, great eateries, nature walks and more make this an ideal location. The home is clean and Liz and Elliot have provided everything you could possibly need in a "home away from home". There are lovely views of nature from all windows. Just a heads up to anyone dealing with ambulation or stair climbing issues, that there are stairs to negotiate, a couple flights. However, there is a sturdy smooth banister which made that safe for me. This is a five star vbro and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful house in a great location. The views of Spokane are beautiful. We were able to walk to crepes for breakfast and Kendall Yards for dinner. Very clean and comfortable.

It is a super nice location, fun place to walk and lots of good food locations. We being seniors wish we had known about all of the levels, and no way to avoid stairs.Cute houseF
