The Hawksbill House, now under new management, is a spacious, waterfront 3bdr-3 bath villa in the safe and prestigious Leeward community. Hawksbill House offers the best of all worlds; water frontage with an attached floating dock for easy canal access for swimming/kayaking, a private swimming pool, sundeck, and serenity, but is also near the stunning Grace Bay beach, and is walking distance to, restaurants, a spa, convenience store, marina, ferry dock, and a center for fishing and water sports & tour operators.

The elegantly appointed home is equipped with a full kitchen and all the amenities of a modern home.

There are two parking spaces on the property.

The house was great. Love that its by the canal for kayaking. It was in a great location close to restaurants/shops. Sammy and Mary were great hosts. Definitely will stay here again.

Great home and location

This house was great, especially the backyard pool area on a canal with Kayaks. A short drive to Grace Bay and great space in the living room/kitchen and back yard. There was some noise from construction next door but the property managers were very transparent about it and upfront so it was not a surprise to us. Also very attentive property managers in general for any questions we had!

Very nice property, close to everything

Here’s a polished version of your review:“Our stay would have been a perfect 5/5 if not for the construction next door. The hosts were incredibly gracious, took great care of us, and even provided compensation, despite the situation being beyond their control. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the construction when we booked, though we later learned it started without notice. That said, the house itself was spotless and in a fantastic location. I would still highly recommend it!”

The house was great, everything very well organized and clean. Sammy was also very helpful with our doubts before arriving and gave us very fast and clear answers. The only negative aspect was a house construction just next to our house, which we were not informed. We couldn’t use the pool because was dirty due to the construction. This was very disappointing but everything else was ok..

Great week at Hawksbill !

We had an excellent week in Turks & Caicos at Hawksbill house. It's close to everything and sheltered from the strong wind that can come at times on other parts of T&C. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with linens, towels, tv's and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc). Check-in & out was a breeze and the hosts were excellent communicators the whole time. We would happily return to Hawksbill house in the future.

Family summer vacation

The house is exactly as described in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Our favorite beach on the island was the one closest to house- pelican beach . We rented a car to get around and bring beach gear ( provided by owner ) to beach . We shopped at IGA Gourmet and Island Prime Butcher. Water activities are around the corner at marina . You can ask companies to get picked up at house . Awesome vacation for family of 4 - 2 teens. .

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it has a really nice location on the island. It is clean and comfortable and the management gives you clear directions on how things work. We hope the owners will provide future guests with life jackets for the kayaks, as we understood from neighbors that this is more frequently being tracked and of course, is safer. Overall the house was great.

Pleasurable stay at Hawksbill house

A very cute and easy to live in house. Very organized and well labeled items. The pool area was quaint and relaxing. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Our family had a great time.

Fantastic

This was the 5th time we stayed at Hawksbill House. The house is wonderful, it has everything you need and the location is the best on the island. I do not exaggerate when I say after staying in the house for 2 weeks I tear up when I leaving. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Highly recommend Hawksbill House for a family trip to Providenciales

We enjoyed our stay at Hawksbill House very much. It’s a beautifully appointed home, super clean and sunny, with a lovely private pool and veranda to enjoy the gentle breeze of Leeward Providenciales. The owner and property manager are such excellent and caring hosts. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the home was convenient to explore Pelican Beach and the surrounding Grace Bay area. Highly recommend for a family trip to the area!

Hawksbill House!

Great house to stay in. A short drive to Grace Bay, resorts, shops, and restaurants. Just a few minutes away from Pelican beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. We were also able to kayak from the house to Mangrove Cay for one of the most awesome experiences kayaking amongst turtles everywhere. I would totally recommend Hawksbill house and will definitely stay there again when I return to Turks and Caicos. Because I will return.

Gracious island and host

Family vacation with teenagers. First time on the island. Beautiful property, location and as advertised. No issues at all. The house had all amenities required including a lot of information prior to staying to prepare us for the trip. The property manager was especially nice and very responsive. Recommend renting a vehicle to enjoy the island the way we did.

Perfect home in Leeward

We booked this house for a week. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room. Sammy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and friendly. Mary, the owner, communicated everything amazingly and followed up promptly. The next time we choose the TCI we will definitely be staying here.

Came to TCI with my 3 sisters and my boyfriend for my birthday. This house was perfect! The house has 3 bedrooms and a small room upstairs with a pull out coach. The house is in a community with a guard so it was very safe and quiet. We loved having the kayaks and being right on the canal. From the communication from day 1 to checkout everything was amazing and Sammy was there for any questions we might’ve had. I would highly recommend staying at Hawksbill house!

Paradise in January

Hawksbill House was perfect for us (2 couples). The house had a lovely backyard...pool, chaises, table, chairs, but with some shade and privacy. The neighborhood was very nice..we always felt safe and it was in close proximity to everything...beaches, restaurants, shopping. Our host, Sammy, was terrific...always there, within a text message, to help us with any issues...(mainly how to operate the tv and its remotes which was easily resolved). We prepared many meals with ease in the well appointed kitchen. Our weather for mid January was beautiful...10 perfect days! We hope to return next year. One of our best vacations!

Simply AMAZING!!

Surprised my wife with a birthday trip to Turks and this house was PERFECT for our party of 6! In a great location, secluded enough for privacy but close enough to all of the beaches and marinas. House was clean, supplies and linens were plentiful, and our property manager Sammy was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I was able to secure a private chef and private massage by the pool for my wife, and our friends who tagged along enjoyed every inch of the house. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be back sooner than later. Thanks again! EH3

Amazing!!!

My husband and I have been vacationing on Provo for over a decade. Hawksbill is our favorite villa by far. I couldn’t make up an issue. The Villa is perfect!!! Spacious, clean and well stocked. Completely comfortable for 6 people. The pool and canal view are spectacular. Those who are not familiar with the area, Leeward is beautiful and safe also, great for long walks. Pelican and Sunset Beach are 2 of the best on the island. ( my opinion ) Rent! Rent! Rent! Randi & Bill Boston, Ma

Beautiful and clean home!

As soon as we walked into the home my kids yelled, “it smells so clean!” From the initial impression the experience was a positive one. The house had everything we could have possibly needed, and we always felt safe. While there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood you could not hear anything while you were indoors or in the evenings. Sammy (the property manager) was great and quick to respond with recommendations or when we needed anything (like change of lightbulbs and pool maintenance). Overall, it was a great experience and we would love to go back!

Amazing Trip/Outstanding Accommodations

Our family had the best trip to Turks because of the amazing house we rented (Hawksbill House) and outstanding help/guidance from the owner (Mary) and property manager (Sammy). The house was very clean when we arrived and was actually stocked with many essentials. Everything was meticulously labeled (easy to find things) in the house and there was an amazing binder on the kitchen island with all your questions answered about the house and island. Due to the surge in Covid in the U.S., we had many questions before we arrived. Both the owner and manager ALWAYS responded within an hour to help us navigate the entry process. It is absolutely much easier than you think to enter Turks. Once we understood the process, it was easy to figure out. Mary and Sammy gave us great recommendations for all food/excursions/beaches. Since we were there for almost two weeks, we had a mid-stay cleaning which was also incredible. The person cleaning did an amazing job. The house was in a private development and we felt very safe throughout or stay. We walked to the beach almost every day to see the sunset. I would recommend renting a car (very easy to navigate the island) and would absolutely rent this house!!!! We are 100% returning. Thank you Mary and Sammy for ALL the help and the amazing accommodations.
