The Hawksbill House, now under new management, is a spacious, waterfront 3bdr-3 bath villa in the safe and prestigious Leeward community. Hawksbill House offers the best of all worlds; water frontage with an attached floating dock for easy canal access for swimming/kayaking, a private swimming pool, sundeck, and serenity, but is also near the stunning Grace Bay beach, and is walking distance to, restaurants, a spa, convenience store, marina, ferry dock, and a center for fishing and water sports & tour operators.

The elegantly appointed home is equipped with a full kitchen and all the amenities of a modern home.

Everything was as described. We did have some issues with a leaky toilet and the dishwasher didn't work, but we didn't let these things diminish our time on the Island. Loved that we could use the kayaks and SUPs to go to the Mangroves and surrounding beaches. This was our 3rd time on the island and we really enjoyed staying on the canal.

Great home and location

This house was great, especially the backyard pool area on a canal with Kayaks. A short drive to Grace Bay and great space in the living room/kitchen and back yard. There was some noise from construction next door but the property managers were very transparent about it and upfront so it was not a surprise to us. Also very attentive property managers in general for any questions we had!

The house was great. Love that its by the canal for kayaking. It was in a great location close to restaurants/shops. Sammy and Mary were great hosts. Definitely will stay here again.

Very nice property, close to everything

Here’s a polished version of your review:“Our stay would have been a perfect 5/5 if not for the construction next door. The hosts were incredibly gracious, took great care of us, and even provided compensation, despite the situation being beyond their control. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the construction when we booked, though we later learned it started without notice. That said, the house itself was spotless and in a fantastic location. I would still highly recommend it!”

The house was great, everything very well organized and clean. Sammy was also very helpful with our doubts before arriving and gave us very fast and clear answers. The only negative aspect was a house construction just next to our house, which we were not informed. We couldn’t use the pool because was dirty due to the construction. This was very disappointing but everything else was ok..

Great family vacation.

We spent 2024 Christmas in TC. We had a fantastic time. Weather was ideal for beaching, walking, and a lot of relaxing. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. A few small issues which were resolved by the property management team in an expedient manner. We walked to the beach everyday, which was a short 15minute walk, so presented good exercise.

Family summer vacation

The house is exactly as described in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Our favorite beach on the island was the one closest to house- pelican beach . We rented a car to get around and bring beach gear ( provided by owner ) to beach . We shopped at IGA Gourmet and Island Prime Butcher. Water activities are around the corner at marina . You can ask companies to get picked up at house . Awesome vacation for family of 4 - 2 teens. .

Great week at Hawksbill !

We had an excellent week in Turks & Caicos at Hawksbill house. It's close to everything and sheltered from the strong wind that can come at times on other parts of T&C. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with linens, towels, tv's and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc). Check-in & out was a breeze and the hosts were excellent communicators the whole time. We would happily return to Hawksbill house in the future.

Fantastic

This was the 5th time we stayed at Hawksbill House. The house is wonderful, it has everything you need and the location is the best on the island. I do not exaggerate when I say after staying in the house for 2 weeks I tear up when I leaving. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Paradise in January

Hawksbill House was perfect for us (2 couples). The house had a lovely backyard...pool, chaises, table, chairs, but with some shade and privacy. The neighborhood was very nice..we always felt safe and it was in close proximity to everything...beaches, restaurants, shopping. Our host, Sammy, was terrific...always there, within a text message, to help us with any issues...(mainly how to operate the tv and its remotes which was easily resolved). We prepared many meals with ease in the well appointed kitchen. Our weather for mid January was beautiful...10 perfect days! We hope to return next year. One of our best vacations!

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it has a really nice location on the island. It is clean and comfortable and the management gives you clear directions on how things work. We hope the owners will provide future guests with life jackets for the kayaks, as we understood from neighbors that this is more frequently being tracked and of course, is safer. Overall the house was great.

Came to TCI with my 3 sisters and my boyfriend for my birthday. This house was perfect! The house has 3 bedrooms and a small room upstairs with a pull out coach. The house is in a community with a guard so it was very safe and quiet. We loved having the kayaks and being right on the canal. From the communication from day 1 to checkout everything was amazing and Sammy was there for any questions we might’ve had. I would highly recommend staying at Hawksbill house!

Gracious island and host

Family vacation with teenagers. First time on the island. Beautiful property, location and as advertised. No issues at all. The house had all amenities required including a lot of information prior to staying to prepare us for the trip. The property manager was especially nice and very responsive. Recommend renting a vehicle to enjoy the island the way we did.

Family Spring Break 2023

Fantastic property, all the amenities of being at home and was super clean! Sammy the property manager was so helpful. Provided ample information on the house and surrounding area with recommendations for dinner, site seeing, etc... She even called the car rental agency when our flight was delayed to ensure they would stay open until we arrived. We loved Hawksbill House and would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend Hawksbill House for a family trip to Providenciales

We enjoyed our stay at Hawksbill House very much. It’s a beautifully appointed home, super clean and sunny, with a lovely private pool and veranda to enjoy the gentle breeze of Leeward Providenciales. The owner and property manager are such excellent and caring hosts. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the home was convenient to explore Pelican Beach and the surrounding Grace Bay area. Highly recommend for a family trip to the area!

Wonderful House

We completely enjoyed our stay at Mary’s Hawksbill house. Not only was the house so nice, it was tastefully decorated with just the right bit of whimsy to make it feel comfortable and fun. The house had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, linens for the beds (which were already made), fans, a safe, a grill, a beautiful pool with pool toys and floats, an outdoor shower, beach chairs, a cooler, kayaks, games, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, bug spray and so much more. Whenever we had a question or issue, Mary’s property manager, Sammy, was prompt to help. I should qualify that most of the time we contacted Sammy, it was just for general questions we had. The only issue we ever had was when the alarm began beeping and that was only because it needed a new battery. We felt very safe in the area we were in. The canal was great. Though we did not have a boat, this would be the perfect house to have one. We loved that the cabinets in the kitchen and the light switches were all labeled, which made for a very organized house and made it so easy for us to figure out all of the light switches. Mary definitely has an attention to detail and seemed to have everything covered. To go the extra mile and give suggestions of where to go to eat, explore or relax, was just above and beyond. This was a completely pleasant and easy experience and Mary and Sammy certainly made it so. Should we have another occasion to return, we would definitely love to stay at this beautiful home again.

Beautiful and clean home!

As soon as we walked into the home my kids yelled, “it smells so clean!” From the initial impression the experience was a positive one. The house had everything we could have possibly needed, and we always felt safe. While there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood you could not hear anything while you were indoors or in the evenings. Sammy (the property manager) was great and quick to respond with recommendations or when we needed anything (like change of lightbulbs and pool maintenance). Overall, it was a great experience and we would love to go back!

Great House!

We were a family of 6 staying at the Hawksbill House in July - my husband and I, our three kids (17, 8 & 6) and my mother-in-law. The layout worked very well to give MIL a private bathroom on the first floor, with two full bedrooms/baths for the rest of us to share. The house was equipped with plenty of the basics (towels, kitchen appliances/dishes, etc) and goes above and beyond to provide the extras. We were like kids on Christmas morning when we opened the outdoor storage cabinet to find beach chairs, umbrellas, a large cooler, and a whole bin of beach toys. We got a ton of use out of it all, and it made our beach trips that much more enjoyable. It’s also worth mentioning that the Wi-Fi worked great and having working cable (and Apple TV!) was awesome in the evenings. By day 3 we realized how easy it is to access the Salt Mills Plaza about 7-10 minutes down the road, which had very modern shopping and dining. There was even a perfect entry point for Grace Bay Beach with ample parking at Salt Mills which was a pleasant surprise. The house is on the far East end of the island, so driving was required for most activities. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the airport, and the furthest beach we visited, Taylor Bay, was about 30 minutes. The Market at the Marina is within walking distance, and was perfect for our travel weary group on the first day. The adults carb loaded on pastries and iced coffee, then quickly made our way to the nearest beach - Pelican is about 3-4 minutes drive through the neighborhood, and perfect for the first day when kids can’t wait, but you haven’t had a chance to get your bearings. With the marina so close, it’s easy to access the ferry over to North and Middle Caicos, or do watersports/boat rental right near the house. The pool is on the small side, but it was perfect for our younger two who love to night swim and require constant stimulation - even on vacation! I’d say the only thing this house lacks is a view. We made a special trip to Grace Bay one evening to catch a sunset! But what it lacked in views it made up for in just about every other way for our family. We appreciated the timely responses and friendliness of the property owner and the manager. Both answered any questions I had and made the check-in and out process a breeze. Hawksbill House allowed us to focus on exploring and enjoying ourselves - we truly lived on island time and cannot wait to return and pickup where we left off!
