Sunset One, is a newly built Beach Villa with Pool, with a modern and sleek open floor design. Spend the days relaxing at the beach, by the pool, enjoy the evening cooking on the barbecue or sitting at the fire place outside under palm tress. Take a stroll along one of the world's best beaches at sunset!

Walk to the beach - just 200 m from your front door, or just take the golf cart provided for you. The crystal turquoise water never ceases to amaze! After the day lounging at the beach, take a shower in the outdoor shower under bright blue sky!

The large sliding doors retract into the wall design, therefore you can join lounge and kitchen with the outdoor terrace straight to the pool.

Great family getaway

Perfect home for a multi-generation family get away. The owners have loaded it with all the necessities for a beach vacation! The location is excellent, just (like the rest of the island) a bit of construction noise. Closely located to downtown for shopping, groceries and some great restaurants. The owner provided some great recommendations for all of the above, and even a running route for my son. Highly recommend! They have thought of everything.

Family vacation

I took my family on a "birthday" vacation for my sister. The villa was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, excellent location minutes from the beach and close to everything - dining, excursions, shopping. The home was a very private and I enjoyed it immensely. Cannot say enough great things about it....

We came back!

This is our second visit. We love this house. This time the golf cart is bigger and there new lovely poolside furniture! It’s quiet and peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful home in Turks and Caicos

The home is beautiful inside and out!. Everything you need is there and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything. The golf cart ride to the beach is a quick 2 minutes and the beach is fabulous. We loved our stay at this home and hope to go back soon. The host was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Loved the house and location

First of all, Beate is a lovely host. She gave us all the time we needed to tour the house and ask her questions about where to go and what to do, then left us alone unless we had a question. She arranged for 6 lounge chairs to be set up and reserved for us on the beach, which was beautiful, not crowded and a one minute ride from the house in the new six-seat electric golf cart. The back patio and pool was a great place for dinner, cocktails and a relax at the end of the day. The community is gated and easy to get in and out of. The house is beautiful clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely spot... we'd stay again.

Didn't want to leave

First time visiting TCI and the house and Leeward area is wonderful. Leeward area is quiet and easy to get around and close to Grace Bay area restaurants and grocery store.The house was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers and check in/out was easy. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out. Having a morning coffee (or drink anytime of day) on the back porch or at the beach was so peaceful. Beach visits and sunsets were so convenient with the provided golf cart.Property and beach access is great for lounging around but also loved that the mangrove cay and the Jetski/E-Foil rentals at Leeward were so close (a few minute drive) and can't be missed. If you're not into staying at resorts then this is where you want to stay at.

Everything you would need!

We enjoyed our time in Turks at this fantastic property which has everything you might possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation.... short walk / golf cart to blue water, beach chairs, watersports, etc. and relaxing spa like pool space with the unit. Add this to 3 spacious bedrooms with baths, living area, and chef designed kitchen in a safe and quiet location makes this a can't miss spot. Highly attentive owner who has thought of everything you may need for a great vacation.

Amazing!!

Visited Turks and Caicos for the first time with family. This is an amazing property in an amazing location! Everything you could want is at your fingertips. The host could not have been more gracious and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again upon on our next visit!

Loved the property!

Everything about the home was terrific. The host is exceptional and the property is extremely functional and beautiful. My family thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the house when we weren’t at the beach.

You Won't Be Disappointed

The Villa is fantastic. Perfect size for 6 guests. Great outdoor area with pool, dining area, Weber grill. Clean and well maintained. Beach is close and golf cart came in handy to take paddle boards there. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Deandra was there to check us in and give overview of the Property.

Gorgeous Villa

Sunset One did not disappoint. Everything is exactly how it appears in the listing. The outdoor seating area is a beautiful space in itself. Beach is breathtaking and the golf cart was a definite plus if you need to run back to the house for something. Deandre is a great host, very responsive to answer any questions during your stay. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a stay in a quiet area.

Amazing!!! All Around......

Our family travels a lot, and we were greated by Beate upon arrival. She was so sweet and showed us everything. Answered questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed the beach set up daily and location is great! The golf cart was really nice to get things we wanted to the beach. Amazing vacation home! Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Development not complete.

The good: Great location 5 min walk to sunset beach. The house is nice and the owner was very responsive and great to speak with. The bad: Roads and houses in development are still under construction. Will be much nicer when complete. Cleaning was rushed and a few things needed wiped down when we arrived but we didn’t mind. Beds were not very comfortable. In any of the 3 bedrooms. Definitely should be upgraded. Does not have a hot tub or a heated pool. Golf cart is only 2 seater and that is not helpful if you have 6 people. Overall we had a great trip and had no real issues. Turks is a beautiful place with lots of activities. It’s tough to complain about anything there.

Comfortable Modern Beach House

We loved staying at this property! Everything was beautiful and the deck and pool area was perfect for coffee every morning. This property is located close enough to the stores and restaurants that it doesn’t take too long to get there. A car is required though. Beate was the perfect hostess. We loved our stay.

Family get away

We are a family of 5 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great house, pool and multiple areas to sit and read. Short walk to the stunning Grace Bay beach. Beate was a welcoming and available host. Loved the time!

Wonderful stay at Sunset Beach

We had a wonderful week stay at Sunset Beach Villa #1 with an amazing host, Beate. The villa is so well appointed with everything you could need from the kitchen, outdoor grill/kitchen area, laundry, furnishings, linens, house supplies, beach towels etc - it truly felt like our home for the week and not a rental property. All we had to buy was food and beverages! The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, but there is also the two person golf cart if you prefer. The beach chairs and umbrellas get set up ahead of time for you so it could not be more easy and relaxing! It was quite gusty earlier in the trip so we never ended up using the paddleboards, kayaks etc but she has everything you could want to enjoy your beach vacation! We especially loved the backyard and patio/pool area . The house is well secured and the location is very safe and convenient for going to Grace Bay restaurants and shopping area, Long Bay, the Bight etc - note you do need a car. To us the host Beate really put our stay over the top! She was so responsive, friendly and made us feel at home. All her recommendations for restaurants and activities etc are spot on. She picked up some items ahead of our arrival and also welcomed us with a beautiful rum cake. I took a bad fall during the trip and Beate was kind enough to pick me up dressing supplies and give some advice on that as well. We thank Beate for a great stay and can’t wait to return to her villa!

Fabulous week!

Can’t say enough about this home. It had everything we could possibly need. It was a quick drive or even walk to the beach, which had our chairs and umbrella setup for us everyday! We rented a car, which is really necessary if you want to get around the island. But we knew that because Beate told us ahead of time. Beate was awesome. Responsive, helpful and just the best! Plan on going back in the future!

A Fantastic Winter Break

The five of us had a great stay at Sunset villa. We were able to spend time together by the pool, in the kitchen or family room, but also retreat when necessary to our respective rooms. Kitchen was well stocked, wifi worked well throughout the property, pool was comfortably warm, clean and refreshing, grill was easy and worked well. Grocery store, restaurants and bars were convenient to the property. Constant breeze at that part of the island, so we searched out a new locale to use the magnificent paddle boards. Highly recommended!!

perfect family vacation

I can't recommend this place enough! The space is immaculate, the location is perfect, and the access to the beach with a full setup made it so easy to relax and enjoy Turks and Caicos. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and the host was really kind to have a pack n play and toys for my young kids. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon.
