Sunset One, is a newly built Beach Villa with Pool, with a modern and sleek open floor design. Spend the days relaxing at the beach, by the pool, enjoy the evening cooking on the barbecue or sitting at the fire place outside under palm tress. Take a stroll along one of the world's best beaches at sunset!

Walk to the beach - just 200 m from your front door, or just take the golf cart provided for you. The crystal turquoise water never ceases to amaze! After the day lounging at the beach, take a shower in the outdoor shower under bright blue sky!

The large sliding doors retract into the wall design, therefore you can join lounge and kitchen with the outdoor terrace straight to the pool.

We spent 10 days in this excellent house. Beate was amazing—super friendly and very attentive to everything. It was ideal for a family like ours, with girls aged 5 and 1. The house was absolutely spotless and fully equipped; nothing was missing, and every detail was perfect. Sunset Beach Villas is truly a 10 out of 10. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful place

We loved everything about our stay. It was perfect for our family of five (with three teens). If you stay here, check out nearby Pelican Beach via the golf cart. This was one of our favorite places on the island!

This home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location. It is well appointed so you can cook at home and in a great location close to several restaurant options. It is a shirt walk/golf cart ride to a beautiful, calm beach that has perfect sunset views. The pool/patio and backyard area is a great place to take a break from the beach/sun and very relaxing. Having the grill area outside makes it easy to entertain or just have a night in. Beate is a wonderful host and extremely responsive if you need anything. I have been to T&C several times and this is without a doubt the best place I've stayed. I strongly recommend this property to anyway looking for for a private or family getaway.

We loved the house and its location. It was perfect for us to hang out when we were not out and about. It was very comfortable both inside and outside the house. The beach down the private road was pristine and beach chairs were set up each day. The location is great as it’s not right in the middle of all the hotels, but just about 1.5 miles out in a really nice estate. Place was very clean and both Beate and Nova were very helpful and responsive.

We spent an amazing week in this beautiful home! Beate takes such good care her home and you can tell. She met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The house had everything you could possibly need. Beate had our chairs and umbrellas for the beach set up each day for the week too! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for such an easy and most relaxing trip!

Excellent property and location

We stayed for a week and thought it was great. Good access to Leeward Beach and beach was very quiet, even over spring break week. Very easy access to Grace Bay Area for shopping, groceries and lunch/dinner options. Would highly recommend.
