One of a kind home in the heart of Tucson built for entertaining.

Walking distance to the University of Arizona campus (all sporting events) as well as to 4th Avenue and Downtown. Good for large family gatherings, reunions, parents weekends, homecoming, major sporting events (Football and Basketball on campus), art fairs, etc.

Rooftop deck with hot-tub and built-in seating with 360 degree views of Tucson. The house has 6 bedrooms and 9 queen beds sleeping 18 comfortably as well as couch space for an additional 3. The house features two family rooms, each with bar and stools. In the rear family room, you can find a multi level viewing area with a loft above the bar.

In addition, there are family friendly games such as corn hole and large jenga to enjoy on the rooftop deck while utilizing the large grill and hot-tub.

The airport is 15 minutes away and the house has space for 5 cars in the driveway.

Awesome place, perfect location, attentive host. Unlike any place I’ve stayed before in a charming neighborhood. The rooftop deck has gorgeous views of the sunset.

This is truly a one of a kind location. We had 12 family members staying for four nights and found it comfortable. The main room is a great gathering place, as is the rooftop deck. We enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious. We will be back for our next Tucson get together.

Host was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a couple minor issues that were handled promptly. The property provided a great space for our team meeting and BBQ.

We loved the open layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining areas, access to another room to watch TV, and comfortable bedrooms with several it NC Bank on Grant sometime tomorrow for noon is that bathrooms. It was just a very comfortable place that accommodated our large family very well. Everyone loved being able to walk to coffee, shops and restaurants and other fun places downtown. It worked very well for our family.

Thanksgiving in Tucson

We had a family Thanksgiving for 12, and overall, this place was a good fit for us. Communication was clear and prompt. The rooftop space was perfect. We would stay here again.

Family of 12 stayed for a family reunion. The place fit us just perfect. Room for 6 couples with tons of room. Rooftop was great in the evenings.

Perfect for large group and entertaining!!

House was awesome. We had family and friends and had so much space for everyone. Rented for parents weekend and had people over for cookout and rooftop deck was everyone’s favorite! Kids loved the quirkiness of the house and older kids played pool on rooftop. We brought a canopy for shade and wish I had brought 2. We didn’t use the hot tub but was nice to have available. The place was so cool and worth the price. Had a wonderful stay and thanks Sally! Hope to stay there again!

Excellent but the trains were crazy

The space for what we needed was very good. The owner was very responsive to my requests and check in was easy. The neighborhood isn’t one of the better one in Tucson and the trains close by were really really loud. With that said if you have a large group the space is amazing and unique and we felt safe. They have lots of locks and a camera to see outside. Internet was good. Beds are comfortable. It was clean for the most part just some maintenance needing to be done which the owner took the list from me and will give it to management company.

Great place minus hot tub

The house was perfect for everyone. Plenty of beds! Plenty of room! Kitchen is very spacious and good for family cooking. Plenty of bathrooms lol. Games and such to enjoy. Good location within walking distance to a lot of stuff to do. After sight seeing I really was looking forward to the hot tub which was a disappointment. Smelled very old watery and green looking. We planned to grill on Saturday night as the up top deck was very roomy and nice! Now … the bbq pit was absolutely nasty and we had to buy things to clean it before being able to use it but it did work and was great after a deep cleaning!Overall would stay here again with our group of 14 from 8 months - 62 years old for zoo and other local shopping!

Spacious and comfortable

This property was very spacious and was a nice place for our family to enjoy Tucson (weather could was not cooperative but can't fight mother nature). The bedrooms were perfect for young adults to have their own space and enjoyment of alone time. The living areas were large and comfortable. The outside deck was a great place to enjoy everyone with TV, Hot Tub, plenty of sitting and a propane fire pit to chase away the cold. This property was in a perfect location to the University and Downtown with many restaurants available (students were on holiday break) to choose from and provided the opportunity for outside seating and variety of menus. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a large mean and was stock with the necessary cooking utensils. Property owner was responsive and available for questions and assistance. Thank you for a great family time opportunity.

Room for everyone!

The property was perfect for our family! 14 of us under one roof with bathrooms for all and plenty of privacy. Loved the gas range, we cooked all our meals together. The rooftop deck was a huge bonus. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Greatest house ever!

This place is awesome! The house has a great space to chill with family and friends. The deck up top was great. With a grill and that fabulous hot tub. The multiple beds were great for all of the family and friends staying there. I cant give this place a high enough review!

Awesome property!

Owners very responsive. Kitchen fully stocked! We have 20 family members for dinner and 11 family at the property. Would return for sure!
