Our condo that is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min drive away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach and all popular restaurants perfect for families and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay. Whether it’s a romantic evening, a gathering of friends and family, or a relaxing time for reflection. This affordable condo is 90 minutes away Walt Disney, Universal Studios & Sea World. Available free parking, gym & pool.

The space
The condo has 3 bedrooms with Queen Size Beds (6 ppl) along with 2 Bathrooms as well as a spacious living room. 1st Bedroom is the master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (2ppl) and on single convertible ottoman to a bed (1pers) as well as a smart TV to enjoy full cable. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (2ppl). The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed (2ppl). In the living room it has a sectional couch that reclines on 2 ends very comfortable. You may be more than 6, if they are small people and don't mind sharing. Look at the pictures and see what you prefer doing. I accept up to 10ppl in the unit. You can bring air mattresses to save on costs:))

The condo is located on the 1st floor and includes 55” TV with cable in living room. WIFI and Cable are both included throughout the condo. You may also bring your APPLE TV or lap top to connect.

We provide the kitchen staples so that you can enjoy your stay.

The dining room can comfortably sit 6 people and the island that fits another 5 people with a granite top kitchen island for a total of 10 ppl.

This is such a cute place to stay!! 3bd 2 bath. They provide many many utilities. The hosts were very responsive and just super sweet people!! Clearwater beach is just a drive away. Due to going memorial day weekend…and the beaches being insane….we went to sand key beach instead. Which was 15 min drive. Close to stores etc. my family and I enjoyed this condo!

Great stay for our vacation!!

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Our stay started off fine, but several things happened that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We checked in around 4 PM and before leaving for dinner I made sure all the interior doors were closed, including the bathroom and master bedroom doors. When we returned later that evening, those doors were open, which was strange because we clearly remembered closing them.About an hour later, around 9 PM, we suddenly heard someone entering the code to unlock the front door. A woman began opening the door to the unit we were staying in. When she saw we were inside, she immediately closed it. I asked why she was trying to enter and she said the owner asked her to stop by and take pictures to make sure everything was good for us. I questioned why someone would come after 9 PM when check-in was at 3 PM. She kept apologizing but couldn’t give a clear explanation. She called the owner and the only thing mentioned was that the owner would check the cameras.After that we did not feel safe. The neighborhood also didn’t feel like a great area since we heard police sirens frequently. While sitting on the patio one evening, someone even threw fart bags toward us. Another downside was that 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no TVs and the only TV looked more like a small computer monitor.I never received any follow-up from the owner, only a message asking how everything was. Because of this experience, I would think twice before booking this listing.

The condo was great

The condo was everything she says it is. Wry nice and comfortable and clean. The property is in a not so nice neighborhood. They have off duty cops patrol the complex. Which made me feel better. It takes on average about 15-30 minutes to get to the beach. 5-7 minutes to get home. On the weekend it took us almost 45 minutes.

Wonderful!

The apartment is really nice and very well kept. It was very comfortable. Everything we needed for the beach was there. It was really nice. The neighborhood is not so great but ok and the community pool was not cleaned the whole time we were there so, we went to the beach instead.

Get getaway close to home!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property myself and a few friends we’re just looking for a guys trip weekend close to the beach and although I live in Tampa this was a perfect getaway. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently, the property was clean and we had no problems during our stay there. Would definitely recommend!!

Spacious and close to fun areas

This property was clean and well stocked, the building itself is not pretty but the apartment is very nice, clean, updated, fun stay for our family!

Good unit and comfortable stay

Overall, this property was good. There were six of us and it was plenty roomy for us. The listing showed up to 10 people but I'd seriously consider that before staying here with that many. Minor cosmetic repairs needed like a shower shelf, fix the shower door (both in the master bedroom), replace rusty faucets. Despite these minor issues, the place was comfortable, plenty of parking, and the owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Worth the rental and would stay again.

Winter Vacay

The condo was nice and roomy. Plenty of supplies there for use. Location was handy for restaurants and grocery. If you are a beach person, you might want to consider staying over the bridge. We were not familiar with the area and had no idea how far it was from the beach. It’s only a few miles away but traffic is heavy over by the beach. The owners were awesome as far as communication. We enjoyed our winter escape from the cold and the snow.

Great apartment for a big family

The property is big a very well maintained in an old building. The building is Ok but the unit is great. 3 rooms excellent for 8 people. Would stay here again whenever I come with a big group.

Nice Family Get Away

Very nice, updated condo. It was the perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Sandy was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again.

Close to the beach

The condo is close to the beach. Had everything we needed to cook meals. All the extras provided made it very convenient when going to the beach.
