The condo is located on the ground floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet. Amenities in the living room include a 55’’ flat TV , Netflix and cable and free unlimited wireless internet.

At the property, you can enjoy a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.

Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Great place to vacation.

Elena and Erwin were great hosts offering a nice place to stay. The condo was spacious for two, very clean, and had all the necessities for cooking.

Great stay at Avalon

Amazing accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was immaculate, the kitchen had everything needed for our cooking needs, and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the pool and fitness room, and it was across the street from a grocery store. We loved it.

Perfect Location

I stayed 5 days a week for 3 weeks in this apartment. It was perfect for what my mission was here in Clearwater, Fl. I have been improving my health at LifeWorks Wellness and living here made it easier. Thank You to the Host, the XMAS tree was a special addition.

Simply amazing

Great stay at an amazing property

Erwin and Elena were great to rent from. The condo was decorated nicely, the property was clean, the bed was comfortable, great communication, and everything I needed for my stay. It felt like my home away from home. I would rent this again!

Perfect accommodations for a FL family trip

The place was very nice and great location to get to just about anywhere Clearwater. Great pool and only steps away from pool access. The hosts were great communicators. This place had everything we needed included gated parking at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cute Clearwater Condo

This condo was perfect for our 8 night stay. It had all the kitchen items needed. This condo was close to everything we needed. The king size bed was so comfortable. We would recommend this location, only 15min from Clearwater Beach.

Nice spot in Clearwater

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The condo is very cute with everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. It was an easy drive to Clearwater Beach and an easy drive from the airport.

Birthday/summer vacation

We were so very comfortable and rested staying in the condo. Everything was clean, neat and had all of our needs. Great location, easy access to all surrounding areas and close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool daily, everyone we met were respectful and friendly. Great vacation spot, we plan to be back next year!

Clean, quiet and well located!!

The apartment is well located, only 10 minutes away to Clearwater beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit is just a few steps from the swimming pool and gym. It's clean and has all the necessary equipment to spend a great and relaxed stay. I would definitely book it again!

Great place to stay

This property was really nice and I would stay here again. One of our favorite things was that the kitchen is actually fully stocked; they have everything that you would ever need there. The pool was nice and the other community members were friendly. The only drawback for me was that the host wanted to do a lot of communication over email/text instead of through the Vrbo app and that wasn’t my favorite. They also send a lot of information through a Dropbox link that you can only look at if you copy and paste on a computer. You can’t click on the links on your phone. I also had a couple minor things that I alerted the host to and never heard anything back from them.Again, this was an awesome place to stay and I would happily rent it again. Just some inconivnince things with communication that weren’t my favorite.

Beautiful Condo

We came into Clearwater to renovate a house for 2 mentally challenged men in their 60’s, one who had a stroke. Upon arrival and opening the door, the lovely aroma of a room freshener was noticeable and No odor of mildew or mold was ever detected. No little critters either! The condo was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The bed is so comfortable and every amenity has been covered from paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, soaps if needed and a fully stocked kitchen for anything you needed to eat, drink or cook with. Elena was on premise to assist in anything we needed. Apparently we’re digital lock challenged but we figured it out after a while. If ever back in the area, this is our new favorite spot Thank you for your hospitality !

Nice Condo close to everything

Super clean condo with nice furnishings. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding and sheets. Condo was maybe 10 steps to the pool which was clean and warm, we swam every day there. People we met at the pool or talked to in the parking lot were all very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, a Publix grocery store and a Bealls and Big Lots. The condo complex seemed safe and well lit at night. There was plenty of parking spaces so finding a parking spot close to the condo was never an issue. No issues getting into the complex or condo. We would definitely rent again.

We are a happy Canadian family from Montreal, Canada. We love snow but we adore the beach . We fall in love with Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks beach. There are so many beaches that you can choose, one different from the other. The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
