Our second time in this property, and the location is our favorite part. Love watching dolphins from the living area and deck.Great communication makes the whole process smooth and easy.

Parking is under the house, but if the condos next door have cars parked there it can be a little challenging to back out of. The house has a wonderful view of the water. We loved the deck. It also was very clean and the hosts were the best that I have ever dealt with!! Loved them!! Very easy walk to town. We put our small dog in his stroller and went shopping on Dock street and also the Pet Store. Everyone in town was so very friendly. Loved our stay

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Beautiful views with coffee on the front deck and we slept like logs at night. We used the kayaks for a tour of the area and got some good exercise. Very convenient to everything the local area has to offer. The vintage vanity in the bathroom is outstanding. Please protect that! We'd like to come back again. Some of the neighboring properties were still recovering from hurricane issues, but this property was clean, well appointed, and ready for our visit. Very pleased with it.

Cove cottage was wonderful! Watched dolphins and pelicans from the living room. Great location. Bed was comfortable and decor very cute. Highly recommend!!!!

The place is great, as advertised. We have stayed in Cedar Key a number of times before, all prior to the damage from the storms. The town has a ways to go in rebuilding so things like restaurants either being gone or the ones that are there only open 3-4 days a week take some of the fun of being there away. As to the unit - it's very nice - the views of the dolphins each day off your deck are great though the 4 AC units right outside take some getting used to. The manager is very helpful and allowed us early check in when we arrived early - nice folks. Hope with time the town will grow back to the charming little place we have visited in the past and thank you for a nice visit.

Great location. Great views and private. Walking distance to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Beach next door. So much damage from Helene but Cedar Key is working hard to come back. Was happy to support the local businesses. TV remote needs to be located or replaced in living room. We weren’t there for TV watching so not a biggie , plus the bedroom had one. Enjoyable long weekend.

Fantastic Rental In Cedar Key

This was a fantastic place to stay, location is great! Perfect for families with small children conveniently located close to park, beach, and very quaint downtown.

Great host, super good with communication, clean, organized and comfortable. The Stilt House is exactly what we wanted, lots of character and maybe last “old school” residence surviving the hurricane in the immediate area. Most everything walking distance.
