Amazing location

The location of this place was amazing, you could easily walk to anywhere you needed. The back deck had a beautiful view, and the units are staggered so it gives you privacy from the neighbors. We will definitely be back!

Easy to rent and Pelican Realty personnel were most professional. Unit 111 was great, clean and close to everything. Loved the view. Thank you!

Beautiful location

Condo was clean and decor was in good taste. Wonderful location. Facing the ocean. Management team was over accommodating! Wonderful place if you want a relaxing vacation.

Stop over

We thought this was a nice stop over on our way further south, wish we booked a longer visit. We will be back, enjoyed. Condo was awsome, 111 we would stay there again! Thank you for the hospitality.

Quaint Relaxation

We loved Cedar Key and Island Place! It was our first time to the area and enjoyed every minute. Island Place is a great location to easily walk to everything, watch the fishing boats, and dolphin play. We experienced some excellent meals, quaint shops and very nice people. We will be back.

Amazing jem

We absolutely loved it. Perfect set up. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Perfect spot for dolphins. We loved setting on the balcony watching the dolphins. Very friendly and welcoming little town.

Fantastic View

Cedar Key is Old Florida at its finest. The unit was perfect a size for my husband and I. Everything we needed was available. The decor is beachy and comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful & relaxing

Loved it the minute we walked in. Cute, cozy, clean property. Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved relaxing on the deck, especially watching the sun set. Condo has everything you need. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Cedar Key. Paradise in Paradise!!

Just what I needed

Beautiful property located right on the water. So relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Great location. Property is 1 block from all the shops and boat ramps, you don’t need to drive anywhere. Will definitely be back!

Just relax...

This was a very clean spot right on the water, with fishing boats leaving within 50 feet from the outside deck in the morning. It is old Florida at its best. Though plenty of opportunity for technology exists, this is a great place to see dolphins, read, swim in the pool, eat great seafood and just check out from the cares of daily life....

Going around the coast

I randomly picked Cedar Key as a stop on our way home from key west/everglades. Cedar Key is a small charming town. The restaurants and shops were great. People are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. It had everything we needed. Sitting on the balcony on the water was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was wonderful. New decking, great furniture and umbrellas for shade. Wished we could've stayed longer.

Fantastic piña colada escape

What a great few days we had here. Weather was gloomy. That’s ok because we were in super chill mode and walked around chatting up the locals. Steamers was great and loved reading about the history of Cedar Key. Thanks for providing a great clean place. We would love to visit again. Peace, Steve & Jamie

Great location, very clean and dog friendly.

The unit was very clean and management very helpful and communicative. Very close proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. Overall great experience and looking forward to coming back. Absolutely love that we could bring our four-legged family member!! Note: The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for accuracy of online listing was the beach picture. The picture in the listing makes it look very walkable and useable, when in reality it is full of rocks and barnacles. It still was very enjoyable hearing the waves from the awesome deck. The unit itself was as pictured.

Great location, easy access

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to Dock Street and boat docks. The place was clean and check in was easy. No issues parking. We would stay here again!

Perfect location and waterfront view.

Perfect getaway. #111 was exactly as described. The location couldn't have been better. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
