Amazing get away place. Located in the heart of Lynnwood just north of Seattle.

This private 2,880 square feet home sits on a 1/2 acre lot with a nice outdoor deck for guests to relax and enjoy. Nice for family BBQs. A large grassed area for kids to play in. The kitchen is fully equipped if you love to cook. Wonderful dining restaurants, several outdoor activities and shops are also nearby. If you are here for fun, the Puget Sound has a lot to offer. Relax and feel at home.

This is a 5 bedroom home with 6 beds.
3- queen, 1- full, 2-twin (plus 2- sofa beds on the main floor).

For families traveling with young children, crib, playpen are available and can be set up upon request.

Great space for a mid-sized group

Lots of space to sit and talk. Big kitchen, easy to cook in. Nice yard and deck. Perfect for the weekend getaway.

Family visit

This house was perfectly located for our needs, a 5 minute walk from my brother and sister in law's home. My brother is experiencing serious health issues so I rented this house for a month so that siblings and their family from the east coast could visit without imposing upon my brother and sister in law. The house worked well for our needs and the owner was very responsive to our questions. As other reviewers said, the decor is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. The woodland setting is very relaxing and if you have a car, it is easy to get around.

Hot and Miserable Stay

The house was clean, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything else about the house was dated and worn including the old stained carpet, chipped tile, and kitchen cabinets that don't close or hang straight. The worst though is that "air conditioning" in this house is one small portable air conditioner in one bedroom in a 2,800 square foot house. Other issues were there wasn't any hand towels to dry your hands and I had to ask for more than 3 water glasses. I felt cheated out of a large amount of money we had saved up for all year for a fun family get away.

Family Reunion

I rented this home to house our family members who came up from California for our family reunion. They said it was very comfortable and they loved the woodsy setting. The crib was already set up and ready for one little one and a pack and play was available for the other child. The large walk-in closet in the master bedroom was a perfect kid bedroom close to mom. They loved having all the space for the kids to play and the adults to sleep. The closet had strider bikes for the children to use which were a hit! We did miss having a bath tub for them though. The furnishings and cabinetry were older style and well used but sufficient for the short stay. Overall, it was a great place to hang out and the family enjoyed their time there.

Family Celebration of Life

Property is well situated and lots of space. The home is a bit dated but generally clean and well maintained. Access to freeway and shopping is good. Neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The yard is outstanding, with plenty of deck space and grass area.

Family Member Wedding Weekend

The property now located on a quiet cul de sac and offers privacy, beautiful grounds and is well maintained and spacious. Location was perfect for our purposes. Would stay there again.

The property for our group so well. We were in town for a family wedding and this place housed 8 adults with comfort. Ample bathroom space and beds. The property is a bit outdated, with older furniture, and could use some bedside lamps, but was comfortable for our short stay.

Nice stay

House large enough for 8 family members, even with only 2 bathrooms. Backyard calming view of trees & plants, not neighbors. We could all sit in living room together but dining room table set for 6 chairs, not 8. Kitchen minimal cooking items, oven temp button broken, coffee maker too small for 7 adults so we bought a new 12 cup.
