The south-west themed dining room seats 8 around the table, and another 2 can sit at the bar-stools near the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen is a great place to prepare a snack, a meal, or a cup of coffee while gathering with family or friends. There is both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot for the coffee and hot cocoa drinkers.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with Western Decor and TVs. The Master suite features a King size bed with a plush mattress, a 43 inch flat-screen, wall-mounted smart TV, a tall dresser (in the closet, not pictured) with 2 matching night stands, and a ceiling fan. There is a master bath with shower off of the master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen Size Bed with 2 large drawers in the base of the bed, a 43 inch flat-screen wall mounted smart TV, dual bed-side tables a large closet and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features queen size bed, another 43 inch flat-screen, wall-mounted smart TV, a reading area, a large closet and a ceiling fan. A Queen size air mattress is available, and can be set up in one of the open areas.

There is a full bathroom off of the hallway with bathtub and shower.

Quick access to both the 101 and 17 freeways. Centrally located. 15 minutes from the superbowl stadium as well as many of the MLB spring training stadiums.

Out the back door is a large patio that runs the length of the house and has ping-pong (not pictured) and foosball tables, as well as an outdoor patio table with chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation. A good place for games or good conversation with family and friends.

3 large vehicles will fit in the driveway, and others can park on the street with no HOA to worry about.

The back yard is securely fenced and features a barbecue grill for fixing hamburgers, steak, shrimp skewers, or anything you can imagine.
