Bear Lake is a great destination and this property was close to everything you want.

The house was clean and the yard was well maintained. Easy to find. Close to Heritage Park and all that offers, too. We will be looking for this property the next time we plan a family vacation at Bear Lake.

Fabulous find, fabulous location!!

This was the cutest little mobile home, right next to "town" in Garden City. It had the comfiest beds we've ever had, a fully-equipped kitchen (even included a blender and toaster!), extra blankets, etc. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, getting to and in/out of the home was easy and well-informed, as were all the instructions for the home. It perfectly fit our family of 6 with a lovely family room and kitchen area for us all to hang out in. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!

No washer/dryer

Everything was great- I am giving 4 stars because it would have been so nice if the property owners would have allowed access to the washer dryer. I have never rented something this size and not been allowed to use the washer/ dryer.

Great stay!

We stayed here with our two married children, are two single children and our granddaughter. We had a great time. It was in a good location relative to the marina and numerous restaurants and there is a nearby park that my granddaughter liked to play at. From the description of the property and one review, we had the impression that it might have fewer amenities than it did. But we were pleasantly surprised. For example, the description does not indicate it, but there is a smart TV with many DVDs and a game console. Also, One reviewer mentioned that there is no air conditioning but there now is central air. We all had a great time and would be pleased to stay at this location again.

Bear lake weekend

We enjoyed the stay. And the support as we had questions was great. The interior was just as advertised and everything worked and was clean. Next thing the property needs to invest in is a yard and trees but that takes time.

Great find!

This was a really great experience for our first family trip to Bear lake! The only bummer for us is that we didn’t bring any soap/shampoo for showers as we have always had that supplied for us at rentals.

Property is a mobile home with no AC.

Didn’t expect to arrive in trailer park. Inside of property was clean and nicely decorated but property had no AC. Had a trailer and was told I could park it in park across the street.
