Cozy, fun home near the lake. Great for a summer or winter get away. Central to restaurants, grocery store, gas station and coffee shops. 5 minute walk to fishing pond , park, and 30 minute drive to Bear Lake Hot Springs, marina is less than 3 miles and 7.9 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge. House includes large outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. Place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. Perfect house for a wonderful family getaway. Recording cameras, 1 located above the front entryway continuously recording. 2 others facing fire pi Not to monitor guests but to monitor property when not hosting. Lic# 013201

Perfect Bear Lake Stay

This was our second time staying at Sandy Foot Retreat for our Bear Lake getaway and we love it! It’s perfect for our family and in a great location. Lydia is fantastic to work with. We will absolutely be staying again.

Great stay!

The property was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Had beach chairs and towels that came in handy when we headed to the lake. The host was fantastic and responded very quickly.

Lovely place to stay

We loved our stay, Lydia (property owner) was awesome to work with. The property was really closed to down town. We will come back again.

This worked great for us with so many thoughtful extras. I loved the disposable plates, bowls and utensils to minimize time spent washing dishes.

Weekend in Bear Lake

Quiet Beach Getaway

We had a lovely time at this cute little home in Garden City. Great location with a short drive to great beach access at Bear Lake. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing and even had great instruction of how they would like everything tidied upon our check out date. I would recommend this property to any small group of friends or small families looking for somewhere cozy to rest at the end of a long day at the beach.

Great Rental

We loved everything about this rental. It was close to the Garden City Park, which has a boardwalk with beach access. We used the firepit for a hot dog roast. It was clean and exactly how it was listed.

Nice and quiet

A nice peaceful place to stay after being at the beach. Hammocks were relaxing and the house was super clean!

Family time

We had a great time at Bear Lake, I thought the lake was close by due the to photo of the dock... but that was a picture of a nearby pond. Overall it was a nice stay!!

Good family fun.

Our stay was excellent. Our family of six was cozy but comfortable. The property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the lawn and the fire pit. The location was convenient. And the property owner was responsive and helpful.

Great little place

We have been going to bear lake yearly for 6 years and this is the cleanest place we have stayed. Lydia was great and responds quickly.

Incredible Stay

The home was cozy with wonderful character. The location is so nice, especially with how much we went to the boardwalk at the Garden City Park. Lydia was responsive and incredibly helpful whenever we had a question. We look forward to staying here again soon!

What an amazing stay!!!

Lydia was amazing to work with! She was so helpful in every way possible. Gave us some ideas of things to do why we were in Bear Lake 🐻 ♥ We are looking forward to our next stay. I have lived in Salt Lake City my entire life. I love to travel but think I have found my forever vacation spot here in Garden City. I love animals and currently have two German Shepherds.

My first time to Garden City was in June of 2010. I fell in love with the people and Bear Lake. Everything is so relaxing. Saw my cute little place for sale, put in a offer and like magic I now am a proud owner. Want to share this cute place and town with everyone.

House includes great outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. We keep our place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. This is a perfect house for a wonderful family getaway.
