The property was in a great location! The beach was right outside the fence, and the large private pool was amazing! We’ll look forward to staying here again.

Great location. Very charming. Well laid out giving it a much more spacious feel for its size. The pool has a tanning ledge which is great for small children to play on.

This one’s got that classic island charm, Jeff! So glad Beachfront Bungalow by AMI Locals felt spacious and easy to settle into. That layout really makes a difference, and the tanning ledge is always a win—perfect for the little ones to splash around while everyone relaxes. And that location just ties it all together. Come back and enjoy more of that easy island life anytime!

Beach Front on Anna Maria Island

We were not disappointed with this rental. House was very nice, great location, steps from the beach. Beautiful relaxing pool. Needed a little maintenance here and there but overall very nice. We would definitely stay again.

40th birthday trip

We had such a great time celebrating my 40th birthday at this lovely beach cottage - such a perfect location! From the heated pool to the lovely spa to the gorgeous white sand beaches just steps out the back gate... everything was perfect. We stayed in and cooked in the well appointed kitchen - local fish, shrimp and lobster oh my! So good.

Adorable bungalow

The home is SO adorable and cozy. The pool was incredible - 3x bigger than we would have expected for a house that size. There were a few issues which were taken care of right away and a couple (rusted out patio dining furniture, no working pool lights for nighttime swimming) which were not resolved during our stay but we did receive a small credit (which was appreciated). The beach was just a short walk from the backyard and it was nice to hear the waves day and night! We would definitely stay here at the Beach Bungalo again!

Very old home

We walked in and were a bit upset about the cleanliness. Stained living and dining room furniture. We felt the house was dark and depressing. Musty. Needs a good household update… I would not pay over 500.00 a night for this property. I give 1 star for the gorgeous beach I give 1 star for the representative responsible for this property. They sent someone out to steam clean the chairs in the living room. They looked brand new. They cleaned the a/c vent and changed the filter. The management team did as much as they could. So I do appreciate them. I feel the house needs an overhaul and to be cleaned of mold… No I would not stay here again.

Fabulous experience!

We had extended family ranging from 13-75, and all agree it was a wonderful week! The listing was accurate - and the pictures show the property just as it is. Being steps from the beach was a luxurious convenience. The large, clean pool was a great bonus & got lots of use. The management was very responsive to just a few minor concerns - addressed same day. We wish we could stay longer.

Escape from the North - Amazing Beachfront with great pool

4/17-4/24 We headed south for our first visit to AMI. We wanted a private pool on the beach for 4 adults, two 18 year old boys, 16 year old girl and 13 year old boy. Beachfront Bungalow was the perfect spot. Beach access was amazing. Pool was big with a sun deck built in and a few sitting ledges. Hot tub would heat up pretty quickly. House was great, smaller living room with seating for 5 but we were outside most of the time. Bedrooms were great, 3 King beds and bunk room with two twin over full beds. Lots of towels and beach towels. Great outdoor shower and 1/2 bath is connected to pool deck. Our only suggestion would be to update outdoor dinning table/chairs. There is a table but only 4 chairs for eating outside. We all agreed, we will be back!!

Best week ever!

Stayed in beach bungalow with our 3 college aged kids and had the best time. Can’t wait to come back again soon!! Love the island.

Excellent Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow. The property was well maintained, the large pool was great. Plenty of chairs to enjoy the views by the pool, and it was so nice to have our own private, gated walk to the beach right out of our back door. We highly recommend staying here...we will definitely be repeat guests!

Fantastic Beach Location!

This was a perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Having the Anna Maria beach as our extended backyard just beyond the pool was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager responsive. Pictures showed the property exactly as it was.

Incredible location

Super nice to have a pool on the beach side of the house. Hot tub was wonderful since it was still a little cool outside. Very well stocked with towels and beach towels and super easy access to everything on the island. Big shout out to The Donut Experience! Delicious and fun!

Wonderful place!

Very nice beach house. Everything very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It's one of the biggest pools we have ever rented in a beach house. Management very communicative and helpful. It was really great. Cant wait to come back!
