Overall, this is a great property, and so close to the water - we enjoyed being able to walk outside the front door and basically be on our own beach. The home shows as pictured in the listing and is walking distance to the shops on Pine. The host was responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay as well. Note: Since the home is so close the shops and across from a public beach, there was quite a bit of foot and bike traffic along the front of the home, which we didn't know to expect, but also didn't really bother us (there are blinds on all of the front windows). We would definitely book here again.

Beautiful property

Very clean, spacious, updated interior. Beautiful, private pool and outdoor area. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, beaches. Would definite stay here again.

Anna Maria Island Family Vacation 2023

The property was gorgeous and the access to the beach across the street was amazing. Communication with the property management was excellent. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome trip with the family

This property was one of our favorite stays of late. Great location, easy to get to anything. Close to beaches and the pool was great to hang at while our youngest was napping. We decided to get a golf cart which was a perfect addition. Highly recommend this place!

Family stay

The home was absolutely stunning! The kitchen and pantry were amazing, the layout of the home was inspiring and everything we could ask for! Loved the location, we could drive to the golf side within 2-3min, we could walk to a restaurant and coffee and the pier or the trolley stop!

THANKSGIVING 2023

We enjoyed the property very much. Location was very close to many shops, restaurants and the bay beach as well as the gulf beaches. Furniture was comfortable and well kept.

Excellent Property in every way!

We can't say enough about this property. Directly across the street from the Bay and beach. Close to Pine Street and a lot of great restaurants. Lovely pool and hot tub in the backyard with a garage full of pool and beach toys, a wagon and chairs. The house was very clean and well equipped. What a wonderful vacation we had! The property manager (Benjamin) was great before travel, very responsive and always available. Highly recommend this property.

Poor Communication

The house was nice and lived up to the description. Our issue happened when we checked out and accidentally left our jacket on the hall coat rack. We immediately texted the property manager and got no response. This was at 5am. When we finally heard back 48 hours later they said they didn't see it. Completely unacceptable to not check the property when they arrived in the office at 8am. Instead someone they who had access to the house stole it.

Awesome house

We had a great time. The house was clean. Well equipped. AnchorDown management was very responsive. Two couples. We Ubered from the airport and had them drop 2 of us off at Beach Bums where we rented a golf cart for the week. Beach Bums is 2 minutes from the house. We also rented 4 beach chairs for the week. (There was some beach items in the garage as well). The beach on the bay side (which is what you see out the front door) is not great and was much more windy than the gulf side. We drove the golf cart over to the gulf side (<5 min), found a place to park and spent the day at the beach. Parking is somewhat limited albeit we had no trouble finding a spot. (Not sure if finding a spot during the busy season would be an issue or not). We were 1/4 mile north of the Sandbar restaurant which sits on the beach. After each couple of hours on the beach we would walk down the beach to the Sandbar for a beverage, lunch and/or dinner (as well as use their facilities) depending on our schedule. The sunsets were spectacular. We had great meals at the Waterfront, The Ugly Grouper, The Sandbar and Harry’’s. Fresh donuts from the Donut Experiment……all very close to the house. Pickleball and tennis courts a 10 minute cart ride as well.

Change one thing

The grill needs to be replaced….it’s beyond unacceptable for such a great property.

Best Vaca stay Ever!

This was the Best place and location ever! We enjoyed all the house had to offer. Movie nights and music videos by the pool were amazing family fun!! Enjoyed walking to the bay for sunrise in our pjs and chilling at the gulf beach until sunset. Stops by the pier for to go dinner on our way back to the house. Honestly the Best family vacation ever for older and younger ages!
