What an amazing house and incredible view! Hosts were absolutely wonderful and helped with any questions we had! Great communication and suggestions on restaurants, activities, rental cars, ferry schedules etc. The pool was wonderful as well. The location is great as there are quite a few great restaurants and beaches very close by. We had a blast and will definitely be back! Beyond excellent!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation staying at this villa. We will stay here again when we come back to Tortola.

Amazing Island

The vacation was wonderful with visiting all the neighbouring islands. The grandkids loved the trip and stay at the villa was wondderful.

This is a beautifully renovated home with spectacular views. The hosts were very accommodating. When I inquired about not being able to locate the departure instructions Heather replied “there aren’t any, you are on vacation!” Highly recommended!

Great property overlooking apple bay and sandy spit on the north side of Tortola. Clean, comfortable, well equipped home with nice deep pool and amazing views.

Great House and friendly host!

We had a party of 6 and loved our stay. The house was clean and well equiped. The pool was very nice and the views from the deck are fabulous! Heather and Beverly were very communitive and great hosts. Loved our stay!

Fantastic stay!

This villa is in the absolute perfect location on Tortola! It is spacious and clean and the views are breathtaking. We loved the privacy of the space as well as the peace and quiet. We rented a car - we had a 4x4 SUV for the whole island as there are steep hills and turns. Everything was so close to the villa and the recommendation for restaurants were great! We even ate at Sebastian’s twice. Highly recommend staying here. Morning coffee on the deck each day was amazing!

Amazing Views and Communication

This property truly made you want to wake up and enjoy the amazing views. The communication with the property manager was truly top notch. She gave us many options of what to do and answered our daily questions. We have visited both the BVI’s and USVI’s multiple times and this was one of our best trips yet.

A beautiful view and an amazing home

We had a wonderful week as a large family with grown children. This home is beautiful and the owners have paid great attention to detail and comfort. There are comfortable beds and air for the bedrooms that we really appreciated. Our favorite part was the spectacular water view from all of the windows, patios, and the pool. The pool is large enough for a large family and the breeze was wonderful. Communication and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous View

Our hosts were very considerate. Great west end location near beaches and restaurants. Pool was kept clean and house was immaculate. Quite new. Kitchen well equipped. View couldn’t have been better.!

Amazing house

The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting the Island with the family and we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. Highly recommend renting this beautiful home. :)

Wonderful stay!

Our family of six (kids ages 7, 13, 15, and 16) traveled to Tortola and our stay at 21 Spyglass was fantastic! The views were outstanding and mesmerizing! The house was well equipped and provided everything we needed for making our own meals, entertainment, and items for the pool and beach. Throughout the booking process and stay, the property manager was awesome, giving great tips and information about travel and accessible for questions, going above and beyond for our family! Restaurants, shopping, and excursions are a not-so-far drive away. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable and awesome vacation!

Terrific house

At the house 2/23-2/29/20 and we all had just a fabulous time. Great location, well appointed house beautifully furnished with everything you need, the Chapmans are thoughtful and terrific hosts. Peace and heaven on earth. Already missed.

Best trip ever

We can't say enough on what an awesome place this was! Everything you could need is there! The owners are always available for help, questions, anything! I was very excited to have beach chairs. The kids loved the pool. There is so much living space you can always get away in your own area if needed. Grocery delivery was perfect, we arrived late to cold beverages and food:) locals are friendly and food is fabulous. We are returning!

Mountain paradise

We stayed at 21 Spyglass for 3 nights in March 2020 and were very happy with the property. Heather, the host, was fabulous! She met us at the grocery store and we followed her to the home. The property is as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and dinners on the patio. It's a nice, central location in West End and close to beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. We would definitely return to 21 Spyglass if Tortola is our destination.

Incredible stay

Fantastic location, great view, loved the pool. Heather was a GODSEND for this trip for us. She provided great information, arranged for our grocery delivery to be unpacked and in the fridge/freezer when we arrived, which was fantastic. Let us have our time on the property, but was immediately helpful when we ran into a couple of minor problems- none of which were with the property--one of which was needing a doctor on the island, and one was logistics getting from the BVIs to st Thomas. Anyway, would not hesitate to strongly recommend Heather and 21 Spyglass!!

Words can’t describe the beautiful home that the Chapmans have built. If the home wasn’t beautiful enough with a stunning view and spacious pool, the warmth shown by Heather was heartfelt. She is an excellent communicator and went out of her way to help us when our trip was delayed by a day due to Hurricane Erin passing to the north. Without her help, we would have been stranded for longer. Our trip was topped off with the beautiful islands that offering undisturbed natural beauty and crystal clear waters. We snorkeled almost every day and kids loved it. Heather gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to eat. I think we will be coming here again

Literal perfection

We decided to head to the BVIs for my 40th birthday, and when I contacted Heather about the property I could tell right away we we’re going to have a great experience. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and the views are beyond expectations. We were all very comfortable in our rooms. We had so much space to c levitate together and also have our own place. We are in nearly every night and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked and whatever we needed that was not there, they dropped off for us! The location on the island is close to all of the great beaches and best restaurants. Highly recommend and will be coming back in the future! If you are second guessing booking- don’t!

Paradise for 10 Days

21 Spyglass is awesome. My family and I needed a place to go, relax and feel safe during the surge of Omicrom this past Christmas holiday. We worked directly with Heather to arrange for a secluded vacation. The house was as described and the view was amazing. Bedrooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was great for our team of chefs. We loved dinning outdoors under the covered lanai with the most spectacular view. We highly recommend 21 Spyglass for a relaxing vacation away from the ordinary. We ate at several local restaurants and used a local taxi service to shuttle our group around safely. Finally, we can not say enough about Heather and her team. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for 10 nights and beautiful days. See you again soon...

The view is spectacular all the way down to Apple Bay and the vegetation/flowers around make it almost impossible to see other homes nearby. The pool is large for a villa and there are ample lounge chairs around it. The dining area has pleasant breezes. The place is very spacious. We only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms for the 5 of us but the place would be comfortable even for 8 adults. The location is 10-15 minutes to many excellent restaurants, 30 minutes to Road Town and about 45 minutes to the airport.The host was very fast in answering questions before our arrival and any issues once we were there were handled immediately.One warning. The villa is up a steep winding road which is not really for two cars at the same time. Nevertheless, we never encountered another car coming in the other direction. Only on our last day we had a big cement truck on the road but truck got over at an intersection/curve/driveway and we passed. The hosts own a number of villas and they have others in the West End which are lower down but still excellent. They just purchased Frenchman's which was a great resort that we stayed at before the hurricane. They will be running it as rentals instead of a resort. Since we stayed in one of those villas the previous time, we know the area and villas well.

Even better than the photos

This villa is amazing. The view from the decks, the pool and the living area is even better that the photos. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Also provided were beach chairs, a cooler and tubes to take to the beach. We had one issue with a circuit breaker tripping. I contacted Heather, the owner, and within 30 minutes her son was there to fix it. She also checked in several times to see if we needed anything so communication with the owner was excellent. The road up to the villa is steep and rugged but that's what Tortola is like so make sure you have an SUV. Jerry's car rental just down the hill is excellent and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this villa to any family and friends looking to visit Tortola.

Wonderful villa with amazing views

We had the best vacation staying at this villa. Before we even arrived, Heather was incredibly helpful. She helped me plan my trip by recommending day sails and boat charters, providing information on ferries, nearby beaches, restaurants, car rental and more. Our vacation would not have been nearly as seamless and wonderful without her help! Upon arrival, she was there to meet us and show us around the villa. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the most amazing view - a view that can be seen from nearly every spot including the bedroom, kitchen, dining area and also from the beautiful pool. The villa was spotless and well equipped. My son is a picky eater so we did a lot of cooking at the villa and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was even equipped with floats and beach chairs and a cooler were also available for our use. The villa's location is perfect - close to several beautiful beaches including Smuggler's Cove and close to Soper's Hole where we met our boat for our day charter. We really had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return in the future.

Come for the view and so much more!

You can’t spell hospitality without Heather! In all my years traveling and staying in rental homes I’ve never experienced such a helpful thoughtful attentive owner. And during the complications of COVID travel, it was essential to ensure a smooth trip. The 16 year old says: the pool was the bomb. The 13 year old says: loved hearing the rain on the roof when it would sprinkle for just a bit in the morning. And how open the house is to the beautiful outdoors. Dad says: the house has so many places to sit and watch the sea. Mom says: everything was clean and well thought out. The house was well appointed and has amazing views. When the can opener broke I asked for one and that same day came back from the beach to find TWO brand new ones waiting. Amazing service. All in all one of the nicest homes and rental experiences we have had. Thank you so much Mark and Heather!
