We had the most enjoyable stay! Saga was a wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The views were picturesque and the location was perfect. We enjoyed taking the dingy to the private beach. The only thing that would have made this trip better is if we could have stayed another week! If you are looking for a place in Jost, I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! The guest house itself was perfectly appointed, perfectly clean and beautiful. The grounds were meticulously maintained. It felt so homey to have Tuna around, especially when you’re missing your pets at home! Cathryn was very easy to communicate with, kind and so accommodating.Saga is a truly special person. He took care of us from beginning to end and we got the chance to hangout with him and get to know him and he is truly an amazing human being.Great House was FANTASTIC and I look forward to staying again!Thank you to all for a magical stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Great House! The home is perched on the side of a hill over looking the most beautiful turquoise water! The views are spectacular. The gardens surrounding the home were stunning. It was paradise!!! Cathryn our host was wonderful! She made check-in and check out incredibly smooth. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is simply stunning! Everything you could possibly need is available. It's clean, has great bedding, air conditioning throughout, and the view is just perfect. We spent 6 nights and couldn’t be happier. This place is truly special. Saga was an absolute pleasure. He gave us so much information about JVD and the surrounding islands and recommended some really good places to go. We will definitely be back!

There was nothing but complete heavenly views from every angle. The pool was perfect and so relaxing. Saga was a gem. The ho e was clean,comfortable and had all you could need. Well worth the stay!

The location and property are absolutely stunning! Cathryn is a wonderful host and Saga is there to help with anything that you need. The house is secluded yet has all the modern amenities that anyone could need for an enjoyable vacation!

AHHHHMMAAAZZZING!!!! The photos do not do justice to this home! The views, the grounds, and the caretaker were outstanding! Saga was extremely welcoming, helpful and arranged for anything we needed, to include moving us to our next house when we checked out. Having access to a dinghy is perfect to experience great restaurants & islands. We will definitely return and recommend this home! Thank you for hosting us! Traci Rob

Exactly as advertised. We loved Great House Villa. Beautiful home and setting. Incomparable view. And meeting Saga was a highlight of our stay in the BVI.

Best Vacation Ever

I can't say enough about our stay at the Great House Villa. Property was beautiful in every way. Saga was such a great help with everything. And access to the dinghy have us access to some great places on the island.

Magical place

We had an amazing experience at this quiet, beautiful, relaxing space. We were all sad to leave and hope to come back for a longer visit next time. The views are incredible, the service by the owners and caretaker was beyond our expectations and clearly want guests to feel the same specialness about the place as they do. It is a memory making place for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Great House Villa. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The view is breathtaking and unbeatable. The caretaker, Saga, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone in town knows and loves him! Follow the owner’s advice and rent a car to make trips to and from Great Harbor seem less. I hope we will return soon.

A special mention goes to Saga, the caretaker, who was outstanding. Saga was kind, attentive, and always available to help, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay.This villa felt like a home away from home, and we created unforgettable family memories here. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-cared-for place to stay—and we would happily return in a heartbeat.
