This Platinum, ultra-luxe, new construction, three-level residence is situated near the gates of Beaver Creek and offers a steel-clad gas fireplace in the great room, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, such as a gas range, double ovens and wine refrigerator. Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, the first with a king size bed, the second with a queen bed and the third with XL twin-over-queen bunk beds, air conditioning, custom lighting, washer and dryer plus a two-car garage.

Guests will appreciate Basecamp’s position above Eagle River with views of Vail's Game Creek Bowl from the deck, and the convenience of walking to dinner, shopping, and events in Avon. No pets allowed.

Ski weekend

We had fun skiing this weekend the property isn't available until 5 so make sure you plan accordingly.

Hi Anne & thanks for your review. We're so glad you had an enjoyable ski weekend. With our residences offering multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, etc. it takes housekeeping longer to clean & sanitize a residence properly versus a hotel room with a bed & bathroom. We do try & offer early check-in whenever possible.

Fun spring break

We were three couples skiing Beavercreek and location couldn’t be better. Condo was well appointed and management answered quickly to any and all needs

Beautiful townhome in great location!

We loved the new modern style. The townhome was well supplied with everything we needed. Management company was quick to respond upon check in. The location couldn't have been more convenient. We were able to walk to the shuttle for Beaver Creek. We would definately stay here again!

Poor communication from the property manager

We recently stayed at this property and, while the condo itself was beautiful and in a great location, there were a few significant drawbacks that made our experience less enjoyable. First, the check-in and check-out times were inconvenient—5 PM is quite late to check in, especially for travelers arriving earlier in the day, and a 10 AM check-out felt rushed. It would be much more accommodating if these times were adjusted. Additionally, the property management company was disappointing to work with. Communication was poor, and when we encountered issues during our stay, they were either slow to respond or did not resolve them at all. This lack of attentiveness made it frustrating when we needed assistance. While the property itself has a lot of potential, better management and more reasonable check-in/check-out times would greatly improve the overall experience.

Our team strives to offer an early check in & late check out whenever possible, but there are times it cannot work. We are different than a hotel as our residences have multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, outdoor space & more. As such, it takes more time to properly clean & sanitize each residence. We work hard to assure each guest has a relaxing, effortless vacation.

Gorgeous space!! We couldn’t have been happier with townhome. We felt like we were at home. Great location as well. No complaints!
