Stunning Contemporary 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo with Air Conditioning on the Eagle River! Walking Distance to Westin Hotel Gondola, or Elk Parking Lot with Direct Shuttle to Beaver Creek Mountain. Recently remodeled with A/C., New Paint, Floors, Contemporary Furnishings, Lighting, and Amenities. Flat Screen TV's in each bedroom. Excellent location for Beaver Creek and Vail skiers, or those that want to be able to walk to Starbucks or local restaurants/shopping in Avon. Complex has a heated hot tub, year round. Condo is on the Town of Avon Bus Line that offers year round free transportation around the Town of Avon, Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail.

Open Kitchen with Bar, and Seating for 6 at Dining Table, 4 at bar. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on main floor. Balcony with Grill, and Seating to watch fishermen fishing year round on the Eagle River! Downstairs is the master, and bunk room, both with ensuite full baths. The master has a king size bed with outdoor patio and chairs. The bunk room has NEW bunk beds, and furnishings with 4 twin beds. Maximum number of guests is 6. Utility room has full size washer/dryer. Garage available to store skis, or summer bikes, fishing gear. Only a 10 minute Drive to Vail! This property is lovely! Host very communicative!Beautiful furnishings, well stocked with all essential items. Perfect for our family ski trip to Beaver Creek. The Westin Gondola (free access) was a short walk away, and the Elk Parking lot just a couple minute drive (13 to park for the day) with shuttle access tot and from the village. Grocery store just a few minutes away from property, easy stop to grab food/snacks during stay. Beach towels available for Hot Tub! Hot Tub is located a short walk from condo, make sure you have some slip on shoes and robes would be lovely to keep you warm on the walk back.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying at Ingrid’s place for our ski weekend. Host was very communicative, condo was easy to find and within a stone’s throw of great amenities. We skied from Riverfront Gondola every day which was very convenient. Kitchen is stocked well and everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

Love Beaver Creek

Condo was exactly as advertised- clean, modern and spacious. We had 5 adults with plenty of space in living and dining areas. And 3 bathrooms really is a bonus. Convenient to bus stop and ski slopes.

Great condo for family ski trip

We liked this property so much last year that we rented it again this year. Very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Easy parking and could walk to Westin for Apres Ski or Starbucks for coffee. Smooth booking process and owner was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions.

This home is beautiful. Stayed with husband, son and brother-in-law. The three bathrooms were perfect, kitchen was lovely and had great equipment. Beautiful view of the river steps from every room. Would stay here agin for sure!

Perfect Condo!

My husband, 4yo daughter, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect! Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. There were even some toys for my daughter to play with. We will definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Great condo on the river with convenient access to bike and hiking trails of all skill levels, free concerts at Beaver Creek and Nottingham park as well as walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the stay and accommodations.

Wonderful Home

This was the PERFECT home to get away from everything and snuggle up with your family! We loved the layout and the cozy feeling of the bedrooms and living room. The location was perfect for skiing - just a quick drive up the hill to Beaver Creek! It was great to be able to store our boards and skis in the garage too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Ski Trip

Ingrid was SO helpful and always available. She gave us the code to garage before check in to store our luggage/ski equipment. The condo was ready early which was so helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Great location! Easy to get to Starbucks, local bakery, ski areas. Would love to stay here again…hopefully soon!

Beautiful Condo!

The owner of this property couldn’t have been nicer and easier to deal with and the unit was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was supplied with great cooking supplies and there were shampoos and conditioners in the showers. The location was good, but I would suggest taking the shuttle to the Westin and then getting on the gondola from there and then a lift to the top of Beaver Creek. Or you can take 2 shuttles to the mountain and one home and then walk home from Christy Sports. It’s also an easy drive to Vail and you can park for 40 for the day. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay over the holidays.

Convenient to Beaver Creek

This is a nice property with great location for skiing at Beaver Creek. Nicely appointed. The only downside is the bed in the master bedroom. It is a memory foam mattress that is super firm (hard as a rock) and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Owner is very particular about damage and asking you to pay for normal wear and tear so be sure to inspect the property carefully and call out anything you see upon arrival.

I would again rent this property from this owner

The property is accurately described and exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we noted a number of deficiencies and missing items from the previous renters included a graphic and obscene entry in the owner guest book. Imagine such disrespect. The owner quickly went into action and amended all deficiencies and offered a credit off any future rentals from her network of properties. Careful who you rent to.

Great condo for family ski trip

We have rented numerous properties in Avon over the years and this condo in Canyon Run was by far the best set up and location. We would definitely stay here again! Kitchen was spacious and easy to use and well stocked with the everyday items you might need like foil wrap or a little sugar/salt/pepper. Couch and chairs comfortable for 6 people to spread out and relax. TV and internet worked great for streaming. Beds were all comfortable. Bathrooms were beautifully updated and just as pictured. Master bath was huge. Hot tub towels and humidifier in in master closet was a nice touch. The owner was great and very responsive with any questions we had. Our only issue was not being familiar with an electronic key pad for check in so I would recommend reading the check in instructions carefully beforehand. The balcony was a beautiful sunny spot to have an apres ski drink and listen to the river. Great location to walk to several restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Easy parking for 2 cars. Our family really enjoyed our annual spring break ski trip.

Another excellent week at Beaver Creek

Early check in was great! Ingrid was a big help with that. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Entire place was clean and appealing. Garage, for storing ski gear, was a huge bonus. Parking was not an issue for 2 vehicles. Easy walk to the Westin Gondola to get up on the mountain. Beds could be a little more comfortable. More towels, for hot tub use, would be nice. One of two hot tubs was down. Long, cold, walk to the working one. Met really nice people there though. A couple more, smaller, cutting boards would work better than the really nice giant wood one. Knives are dangerously dull and hardly cut. A few more pans/pots would have helped with dinners for 6 but we got by with what was there. Ice maker inoperable but a bag worked fine. All of the other kitchen accompaniments worked fine. Would consider staying here again on our next trip to Vail/Beaver Creek.
