Best view of the mountain - Top Floor Mt. CB Condo - 2B/1BA

This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Loved the view off the balcony and being the end unit. The place was perfect for us. The beds were good. Conveniently located. Quieter unit except for the dogs barking but they aren’t a problem at night. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay here and were in awe of the mountain views and fall colors. The condo is thoughtfully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The instructions we received for check-in were helpful, and we had absolutely no issues finding the condo or getting in. We would totally recommend staying here, and we hope to be back!

A wonderful condo with an amazing view from the deck. My second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a very conveniently arranged condo and is well supplied with everything needed. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and wine and snacks in the evening. After days out exploring the beautiful area, it’s a great place to relax and relive the adventures! We were even treated to a double rainbow after a rain shower.

Summer Wildflower Girl's Weekend

Perfect location. The place was great. Beautiful view of Crested Butte. Great full kitchen. I would stay here summer or winter. A short walk away from the parking lot for Mt. Crested Butte lifts. Comfy beds - 2 queens. 1 bath. Quiet and sweet neighbors. Wonderful trip and would stay at this location again.

What a view!

I had a wonderful time exploring Crested Butte and with having this home as base camp. The corner unit offered more windows with amazing views than expected and I spent a lot of time enjoying the panoramic views from the balcony including watching the sunrise!

Spring break

We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

Lovely Condo in a great location!

Very nice top floor condo on Mt. Crested Butte. The condo was modern, nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Great views. There is an elevator at the opposite end of complex which was very handy. Ski locker in the basement. Walk outside and down some stairs and the bus stop for the regular Mountain Express bus to the ski lifts is right there (bus only takes a couple of minutes). You can walk to the lifts (5-10 mins?) but no need if you time it right. The bus service in general was excellent, with regular buses to Crested Butte town from the ski lift area.The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were clear, and very straight forward.We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The Timbers - Views and Comfort

This property merits its premier host rating: very clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated these small touches: easy to remember door code, detailed instructions for the coffee maker and TV, choices for bedding from thin blankets to quilts, rainfall shower head, kleenex! Lots of windows and new furniture.

Beautiful Views

Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. The condo was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. The location was excellent with an easy and short drive in to town and beautiful views of the mountains right from our balcony. The communication with the owners was excellent. We'd stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. J. T. and B.

We love the mountains! Our full time home is outside of Park City, UT, but we love getting to Crested Butte as often as we can!

We love the amenities of The Timbers. The bike wash, ski lockers, bike storage area, and ski tuning bench are unique. The base of the resort area is just a short walk away and the shuttle goes there as well. Having a shuttle stop just outside the building that will take us down the mountain to Crested Butte is a great perk as well.

There is a paved multi use trail a short walk away and a short drive up Gothic Rd. takes you to some nice single track trails.
