This 3rd floor(no elevator access), 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen has a separate living area featuring comfortable seating and flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center (Bluetooth enabled stereo receiver). WiFi is available throughout condo unit. Indoor pool and hot tub!!

Upgraded Internet! Great for working from "home" and streaming your favorite shows in the evening!

With a queen size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom and a new pullout sleeper sofa with Memory Foam mattress in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 6, but is most comfortable with 4. Enjoy the full size balcony off the kitchen/dining area. The large, furnished central atrium provides a relaxing space for a cup of coffee with friends or a common meeting area to plan the day's events.

Just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the base area. This condo is located on the bus line that offers free shuttle service to the base area and downtown Crested Butte with its diverse restaurants and charming shops. Shuttles run regularly from the bus stop just outside the north door of The Three Seasons.

Clean and everything we needed for a family ski trip! The shuttle that stops right in front of the condo is very convenient and frequent. It’s old but well kept and clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Oh and the kids liked the indoor pool!

Great condo in Crested Butte

We stayed in CB for a wedding and loved the location of this condo - a five minute drive to downtown and close to the resort and hiking trails. It was also very well furnished with everything you would need for your stay. I would highly recommend it!

First Time in Crested Butte

We loved this property!! Made use of the indoor pool and hot tub. Not many rental options "in town", but Mt. Crested Butte is just a 10-minute drive up the road. Absolutely beautiful scenery :-)

Great little condo in the mountains!

If you like to hike, the three story hike up to the room each day is really helping get your steps in! Clean rooms. Nice hike to other buildings on the mountain. Shuttle bus pickup to town is just outside the door. Only "negative" was the hours for the hot tub, which conflicted with our business meetings :( Great response time to questions we had. Overall a great week.

The stay was great! Very well priced and the location is excellent. The property is very efficient and good for a small group of people. The two bathrooms were helpful and the kitchen and dishwasher are a plus.

Great hiking location

The condo was well located and had everything we needed. We didn't know which end of the building to enter and not having an elevator was inconvenient since the unit is on the third floor. The beds were comfortable but I didn't like not having windows in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Skiing Weekend

Everything was as expected and entirely sufficient for our stay. Had a wonderful time. Small thing that isn’t often found in properties is a crockpot! Makes those dinners after skiing super simple!

Fall weekend in Crested Butte

Cozy, quiet and comfortable. Easy to find, easy to enter. It felt homey. Though very clean, some furnishings need updating. We felt at home & enjoyed our stay. Crested Butte in September is gorgeous!

Cozy condo in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the base of the mountain and a bus stop very close. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony is wonderful! When we return, we will look to reserve here again.

January 2023 stay

The check in process was very easy and the owner/ manager very responsive. The apartment was within walking distance to the ski resort which we loved! The apartment was clean and cozy, just perfect for a family of 4 with two bathrooms and kids sleeping in their own beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Ski Weekend

This property was exactly what our family was expecting. The kitchen had everything needed to cook comfortably. I also appreciated the extra blankets/pool towels. The location in proximity to the bus line was awesome! We had a fabulous stay and would stay here again.

Comfy Great location

This 2 bedroom condo is across the street from the mountain. The town shuttle is right there too. The place is clean with super comfy beds. Kitchen fully stocked. Easy check in and communication with owner.

amazing spot for a ski trip

Extremely clean. The shuttle to the base of CB is very convenient. Walking distance to a couple of bars and a convenience store, but most nightlife is a short drive. I didn't realize from the listing that there are 2 bathrooms, which was great for some privacy if you are in a group of 2-4.

Our first visit to CB couldn’t have gone better. With over a foot of fresh powder the skiing was epic, and then to come back to a cozy condo was so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

Affordable condo with convenient access to ski resort

We loved our time staying in Crested Butte and snowboarding for two full days. We walked over the lifts both days, which took about 10-12 minutes. The condo had enough beds for 5 of us. Some of the furniture and carpet is dated, but for the convenience and price it was well worth the stay.

Cozy and Convenient Ski Apt.

A very good base for our family of four skiing vacation. The pictures are pretty accurate. We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed evening movies and shows in the cozy living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The building's common areas were surprisingly quiet so we were never bothered by outside noise. Closest lift was maybe an 8-9 minute walk away which was convenient enough that we never bothered taking the bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo great for 2 couples and a baby

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The 2 bedroom unit was cozy. It has great sound proofing between bedrooms as we didn't even hear our friends' baby cry in the night despite sharing a wall. The location right next to CB resort and across the street from a bus stop was extremely convenient. Only kind of strange thing is that you enter the unit through either of the bedrooms, but the beds, kitchen, and living area again while cozy were everything we needed.

I retired from nursing in 2015 and I wanted to have a place my family could get together and enjoy all that the Crested Butte area offers... skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cruiser biking, hiking, fishing, walks through the wildflowers and just relaxing -- my favorite! My family has enjoyed the small-town feel of Crested Butte, the great people, and the many adventures within minutes of the condo.
